Ignore the mistakes 🙏🏻

The soft rays of dawn filtered through the curtains, casting a gentle golden hue across the room. I hadn't slept a wink all night, my insomnia stubbornly persistent. But as I lay there, watching the world awaken from its slumber, I couldn't find it in me to complain.

My gaze, however, was not on the rising sun or the tranquil scene beyond the window. It was fixed on the figure beside me—the one who had unknowingly been my solace and my sanctuary.

Taehyung, in his peaceful slumber, looked ethereal. His chest rose and fell in a steady rhythm, his tousled hair framing his face like a dark halo. The vulnerability he rarely showed to the world was on full display in the soft lines of his features.

I couldn't help but reach out, my fingers brushing a strand of hair away from his forehead. His skin was warm, his breath soft and even. He stirred at my touch, but instead of waking, he nestled closer to me, his head finding its place on my chest.

The sight of him, the sensation of his body against mine, ignited a warmth within me that had nothing to do with the morning sun. In that moment, I was acutely aware of the connection we shared, the depths of my feelings for him.

How had this happened? How had I, a bodyguard tasked with protecting him, fallen so completely and irreversibly for him? It was a question that had haunted me for weeks, a dilemma I couldn't escape.

But as I watched him sleep, the answer seemed simple. Love knew no boundaries, no logic, and no reason. It was a force that transcended duty, that defied expectations. And in the quiet intimacy of this dawn, I realized that I was willing to embrace it, to let love guide my steps.

Taehyung shifted again, his arm wrapping around my waist, drawing me closer. His lips found their way to my collarbone, a soft, contented sigh escaping him. It was a gesture so intimate, so filled with trust, that it took my breath away.

For the first time in a long while, I allowed myself to close my eyes, to savor the moment, to revel in the sensation of Taehyung in my arms. The world outside faded away, leaving just the two of us, wrapped in each other's embrace.

As the sun continued its ascent, I knew that the day ahead would be filled with challenges, with uncertainties that we couldn't predict. But in this fleeting moment, in the gentle warmth of the morning light, I found solace in the knowledge that I was exactly where I was meant to be—by Taehyung's side, ready to face whatever came our way.

Love had a way of conquering even the darkest of nights, of bringing dawn's embrace to the weary heart. And as I held Taehyung close, I knew that no matter what lay ahead, we would face it together.

"Hey, sleepyhead," I whispered, my voice a gentle murmur as I reached out to lightly shake Taehyung's shoulder. "Wake up, sunshine."

Taehyung let out a soft, almost childlike groan, his lips forming a pout as he burrowed deeper into the blankets. His hair was a mess of disheveled curls, and his eyelashes cast delicate shadows on his cheeks.

I couldn't help but smile at his adorable display of reluctance. "Come on, Silver. It's time to rise and shine."

But instead of complying, Taehyung let out a dramatic sigh, his arms wrapping around the pillow as if it were his most cherished possession. "Five more minutes, Mr. J," he mumbled, his voice thick with sleep.

I chuckled softly, unable to resist the temptation to tease him. "Five more minutes? You said that five minutes ago."

This time, I insisted a little more, my fingers gently brushing a lock of hair from his forehead. "Come on, Silver, it's a beautiful day. Time to get up."
