Reine: Beauty of Love

*Mumei pov*

Anya began to walk me to Reine's place, and she sighed sharply and stared at me intently. "Remember our terms..." She said

"I do make Reine fall in love, and then I get a date with Zeta!" I said confidently

"Yeah..." She was kind of thrown off by my excitement all of a sudden.

"If there are any complications, please text me and inform me, but I do think it should be fine." Anya stated

With that, Anya turned around and began to walk away, leaving me alone to go up to Reine's I stepped up to the door and cleared my throat before knocking, just prepping myself for the peafowl.

"Hello-Mumei?" Reine questioned me as she opened the door; she didn't seem to be expecting me, and then again, Anya did say she wasn't going to inform her about my visit.

"Sorry, if you don't want me to come in, then I'll leave!" I loudly said

"No-you can come in. I wouldn't say no to a fellow bird!" Reine shouted

I stepped into her home and immediately was hit with a strange fragrance that I adored; it was sweet and sugary.

"Mumei, just make yourself at home. I'll get you a cup of water," Reine told me.

I sat down on her couch and spread myself out, sighing with relaxation. A moment later, Reine returned and placed a blue cup in front of me. "Do you want flavoring?" She asked

"No, this is fine," I said softly.

I picked up the cup and took a sip before placing it down. "You hold the cup cutely."

I smiled at her remark, "Is that really true?" I asked her

She nodded. "The cutest," she answered.

I nodded I don't think of myself as cute, so her telling me I do something cutely is really nice, although I have heard a lot of people say nice things to me recently.

"Reine, let me cut to the chase. Fall in love with me." I boldly said to her

"Wha-Whaa!?" She said it with shock.

"Fall in love with me; become my girlfriend!" I told her

"Mumei, that is a spicy thing to ask of you, Senpai!" She stated

"It is spicy, but seriously, I want you to date me!" I yelled

"Wait, Mumei-what do you gain from this?" She questioned

She already saw through me instantly; she knew I was doing this so I could get something out of it.

"Do you want me to be honest?" I asked

"Yeah," she answered.

"I want to go on a date with Zeta, but I need you to fall in love with me first!" I said

"What is the correlation, Mumei? Can't you just ask Zeta out on a date?" She asked

"I could, but at the same time, I also want your love!" I responded

Reine's face grew bright red as she looked at me with astonishment. "I..." She was at a loss for words, but she seemed to like my abrassivness.

I scooted over to her and pulled her into a tight embrace. "Do you love me?" I asked

"Mumei, of course I love you!" She said

I blinked a few times since I didn't feel the curse, so she just said that without it affecting her, I don't get it, so she already loves me enough that it is a non-factor.
