Zeta: Perfect Date Part 4

*Zeta pov*

The two of us are still hopeless, but I guess now we are actually dating, so that is a plus.

"Do you want to go out for dinner?" Mumei-senpai asked me.

"Yes, I would love to!" I said.

"And uhm, Zeta-it would be nice if you just called me Mumei," Mumei told me.

"Wait without Senpai?" I questioned

"Yes, we are close after all," she said.

"Mu-Mu," I began to stutter.

She looked at me and smiled at me. "What's wrong?" She asked

"Sorry, I'm struggling to say your name; it is tough only because I love you so much I can't imagine saying something that isn't Mumei-senpai!" I said

Mumei took a deep breath and seemed to have an idea: "If you don't call me Mumei without Senpai, then we can't be dating." She said

"Wait-Mumei, I don't want that!" I yelled at her and then heard her laugh.

"You said it," she replied, kissing me softly.

My mouth dropped open as I was shocked, but she got me to say it confidently.

"We should go have dinner," she told me.

"Okay, Mumei, let's go out and have dinner. We should eat something really yummy!" I told her

Mumei nodded. "Yes, let's go."

I reached down and held her hand once again, and we both began to walk. I could tell we both had gained confidence in this moment.

"Thank you for asking me out on this date," I said gently. Mumei looked away in embarrassment.

"I didn't ask you, though that was Anya." She replied

"I know that-but you wanted to go out with me, so I don't see that as a problem. Both of us wanted to go out on this date, so it's okay!"

"You say that, but I get more embarrassed by that. Knowing you love makes my stomach feel weak," Mumei said.

"Mumei, you are one of the sweetest girls. I know there is a reason why you are my oshi. You are just so cute." I told her. Mumei bit down on her lip. I glared at her. "What are you doing?" I asked

"Biting my lip to see if I'm dreaming, you are saying these things to me, and I don't think I'm that deserving of it," I said.

"Mumei, you are beautiful, and of course you are deserving!" I told her

"Thank you. Your love really makes me happy. I don't know; it just makes me feel really warm inside," she told me.

"Same, and I hoped you felt the same about me, but I never thought this would be possible. Who would have expected that you'd come to Indonesia and meet with me?" I questioned

"I don't know; I never expected you to be in love with me!" She responded

We keep repeating ourselves in our fluster: "We should go to the restaurant before we do something we may regret!"

"Got it, let's go!" She said loudly, and we picked up the pace going to a restaurant.

We got inside and got tables, and then ordered food. We both decided to get wine as well.

"Do you like wine?" I asked

"Well, I don't know if I particularly love wine, but I'll drink it." Mumei-senpai claimed

She took the glass and put it in her mouth, taking a sip. "I think it's okay as well," I said.

"I don't know what about it I don't really like, but that is okay as long as I can unwind with it every once in awhile," she explained.
