Early Spring

Pan panted as her body shook. Her legs squeezed around Trunks' hips tightly. His lips were on her neck, making her dizzy, and his hand was in between them, making her crazy. He knew exactly how to touch her to get her to her high. She felt it when he reached his just a few moments later.

Her shaky legs began to unravel around him. Trunks grabbed one of her thighs and kept it on his waist as he laid down on his side. He adjusted them, so her head was laying on his arm. His hands traced up her bare sides, causing goosebumps to rise on her skin as they caught their breath.

Pan moved her head towards his as her hands swept across his chest. She could still feel his heart beating as crazy as hers was. They kissed slowly, their bodies still molded together and pressed against one another. Pan could never be as close to him as she wanted.

They pulled away slowly, and Trunks caressed her cheeks. "You have to listen to Grandpa while I'm away," he told her.

Pan pouted. He would be leaving tomorrow for his raid, and they had been told that he probably wouldn't be back until early Summer. Endou and Goten would be going with him as well, and Pan felt relieved that they would be all together. She knew they were strong. Still, she worried about the three of them.

"I always listen to your grandpa," she told Trunks.

Trunks squeezed her cheeks and made her lips pooch out. He chuckled as he kissed them before letting her cheeks go. "He told you to take it easy, but you were nearly chasing Goten down the halls the other day," Trunks said.

Pan let out a loud huff. "Goten stole my bacon," she muttered. She had been saving that bacon for last because it looked the best, but when she went to eat it, it was gone!

Trunks chuckled and rubbed his nose against hers. "My little pregnant mate. The baby makes you so angry when it comes to food. A true Saiyan, it seems."

His hand roamed to her stomach, and he laid it flat against it. Pan knew it was her imagination, but every time Trunks touched her stomach, it was like a small flutter went off inside of her. He stroked her belly with his thumb as he sighed softly.

"I'm going to miss checking on the baby," he sighed. "I'm going to miss you so much," he murmured against her chin.

Pan raised her hand and caressed his face with her fingertips. Ever since she had found out what that meant, she did it to him often. Trunks smiled and did it back to her.

"I promise that the baby and I will stay healthy and strong," Pan told him softly. "We will be eagerly waiting for your return, so you have to promise to be careful and come back to us."

"Always," he promised. "I will always come back to you."

Late Spring

Pan sighed as she walked down the castle hallways slowly. It had been weeks since Trunks had left on the raid. Some days were easier to handle than others, but today, she really missed Trunks. She missed his blue eyes and the way he smirked. She missed the way he touched her, kissed her, and even the way he smelled. She had cried countless times that day already because she had thought of him too much.

A distraction is what Pan needed. Bulla was out shopping. It was how she coped with missing Goten. She had invited Pan to go with her, but she was too tired to walk around all day. Bulma was busy in her lab, and Pan had been warned by Trunks before he left to not go in there for her and the baby's safety. Gohan and Marron were on the earth, and Pan was tempted to visit them, but she had been noticing the way the two of them caught each other's eyes. So she was letting them have a little alone time, and hoping one of them would make a move soon.
