He Calls You A Slut Part 2 (Zayn only)

Zayn:
"Well if you don't want to hear the truth, we're over" you scream, walking out of the door and his life.
It's been three years since you walked out on yours and Zayn's relationship. You rarely saw Zayn in the photos with the other members of the band or by himself and the ones you did see of him, he looked sick, thin and he had bags under his eyes. You get a call from Liam.
"(Y/N)?" Liam asks.
"Yea? What do you need?" you ask. None of the boys had contacted you since you left.
"I... Well we need you over at 158 Bellwood ave immediately" he says.
"Why?" you ask.
"Please just come. As quick as possible!" he exclaims, hanging up. You grab your keys and you rush to the address he gave you. You wonder why it seems familiar and you remember why. It's the flat you lived in with Zayn. You go up and knock on the door and Louis answers the door.
"Thank God! Come in here quick!" he says, pulling you in the flat.
"What's wrong?" you ask.
"We can't find Zayn. We need you" Liam says.
"Why would I know where he is? I haven't talked to any of you in three years" you say.
"He left this note" Louis says, solemnly. Niall looks up and hands you a note that he had been hugging. You read it.
"I'm sorry if you guys are nervous, but I can't go on without my other half. I'm gonna miss you guys. Don't quit being a band because I'm not there with you, keep your success going. I can't, not without her. I wish I believed her... I'm sorry

You look up with tears in your eyes.
"I'm gonna go find him" you say, running out into the thunderstorm.
"Don't! Wait for it to stop!" the guys yell after you.
"If I wait, we might be too late" you scream back. Running to the spot he asked you to be his girlfriend and there he stands on the bridge. Wet shirt, wet hair, crying. His hair is plastered to his forehead and it looks like he hasn't shaved in 3 months. He looks out into the water below him and prepares to jump.
"Zayn! Don't!" you yell. He whips around and runs to you.
"I messed up big time" he says quietly.
"It's fine. I still love you" you say.
"I never stopped loving you" he says, gently kissing you in the rain.
