Karin was helping herself with dinner she had bought when she got home from work. While she was cooking her stew, she heard her phone ringing.

She grab her phone and saw Maika's ID was on it. She press call and was greeted by a hello.

"Karin! Do you want to come with me tomorrow at the mall?"

Karin smiled to her invitation. "Sure, what time should I go?"

"Maybe around 10. Oh, and bring along Akizuki with you! I just invite Kaho, and she said that I should tell you to bring him along."

The brunette could feel her eyes twitch. 'That girl...'

"Sure. We'll be there."

As they both say their goodbyes, Karin quickly prepare her dinner. As she was done setting the bowl on the table, her phone rang again, but this time, she saw Akizuki's name on it.

"Hey, are you having dinner?"

She heard as soon as she answer his call. "Yeah, I just finished cooking."

"G-good. Do you mind if I eat dinner with you? Kinda feel like it."

Karin blushed. "I-I don't mind at all! Sure you can come."

"Cool. I'll see you there."

He then hung up. Karin put down her phone and watch his name on the screen.

"Trust me, I know he does."

Mafuyu's words still ring on her head. What did she mean by he does?

Suddenly, the door bell rang, signaling her guest had arrived. Karin quickly got up to answer the door.

Akizuki just got out of the bathroom and was ready to change. When he was on his way to the break room, Mafuyu suddenly called him.

"What is it, Hoshikawa?" He asked as Mafuyu went closer to him.

"I can't help but ask, what is your relationship with Karin?"

Akizuki blink. "Huh? We're clearly co-workers and friends."

"I meant your true feelings."

This made Akizuki blushed. "I-I don't know what you mean!"

Mafuyu glared a little. "I saw how you eyeing her as she work. Don't worry, I'm not going between you two. But I just want to ask you this: do you like her?"

Akizuki look away embarrassed.

"There's no point of hiding it from me now, Akizuki."

He kept his stance and sighed. "Fine...I do like her."

Mafuyu smiled and said. "Then why haven't you ask her out yet?"

"It's not that easy."

"It's not if the other had the same feelings."

Akizuki look back at her. "How would you know?"

Mafuyu put her hands on her hip and turn around before saying. "Trust me, I know she does."
