Y/n studiously ignored Keigo as he tried to approach her when she did come back to class to take them to her agency.

He could feel the class's glares on him as he cringed internally, not sure exactly what he was supposed to say to make her forgive him.

After all, he knew he didn't have a right to get upset with her. He had no right to question her past or who she decided to care about, because he didn't even deserve to have her care about him in the first place.

He only wanted to get closer to her, at first, because it would piss Endeavor off. He hadn't meant to fall for her as easily as he had, and he originally had no intent on actually dating her.

If he'd had a choice back then, he probably wouldn't have stayed with her during her first patrol.

But now their relationship was definitely in jeopardy.

Everyone boarded the bus, the kids talking to y/n as Keigo sighed, running a hand through his messy locks and tugging on them, frustrated.

He didn't know what he was supposed to say.

He'd never even been friends with any girls other than Mirko, and never bothered to actually date anyone before. The fact  that she cared enough about him not to dump him on the spot was actually quite considerate.

"Psst!" the pink haired alien looking student hissed, catching Keigo's attention, but not y/n's.

She was talking to Midoriya, the bone breaking kid, and Todoroki about something.

"What is it?" Keigo asked casually, pretending that the fact that he couldn't get y/n to talk to him wasn't bothering him in the slightest. "Ashido, right?"

"Yeah, that's right," Ashido nodded energetically. "Miss. Crescent isn't exactly an open person-"

"You think I don't know that?" Keigo asked, his voice still tranquil and calm as irritation started to overcome his struggling emotions. "I've known her longer than all of you have."

"No, I'm pretty sure Todoroki knew her first," Ashido smirked a bit, glad that she caught the hero's attention. "I was just going to say that she has a tendency to stay to herself when she's upset, but she never stays angry."

"Considering what I said, it wouldn't be surprising if she didn't forgive me," Keigo rolled his eyes. "What do you know of it? She and I haven't exactly argued before this."

"That's because she doesn't like to argue. Anyhow, just give it a few more hours before you try to talk to her again. That's all I wanted to say; you still have to apologize or we will all fight you."

"As I said earlier, I don't exactly want any trouble with all of you. I'm planning to apologize to her anyways," Keigo sighed, swatting the student with a couple of feathers. "Go talk to Sero or someone and leave me alone."

Ashido flushed bright red as Keigo said that, scampering quickly away before any of the students could realize what the hero had just said.

Keigo glanced over at y/n, his headphones covering his ears as he watched her from afar.

She had taken off his visors he had given her, which were probably currently in her pocket or somewhere.

Maybe she left them in her office.

She still had her mask on, her cape covering the marks he had left on her neck before. Her costume swayed a bit as she turned to say something to Midoriya, her crimson, tired eyes meeting Keigo's.

He quickly glanced away, internally swearing at himself. He didn't want her to realize that he'd already started to miss her, considering that she was still probably pissed at him.
