With the night approaching and having been broken into the night before and today, the members of Galley-La had come together to create a protection detail for the mayor in front of his mansion. "Galley-La Company! Form a line, and don't leave any openings!"
"Yeah!"
"Don't allow even a single rat inside!"
"Yeah!" But it wasn't just outside, as stronger members were in the main building all with very serious expression across their faces. With the five strongest sitting directly in front of Iceberg's room. They were all waiting for the Straw Hats to enter and trying to assassinate Iceberg again, like last night.
"Bring it on!" A very large man, that didn't possess a shirt, shouted loudly. He had brown hair tied in a ponytail at the back, and a light-brown, so light that it was almost white, beard. He had a tattoo going from his chest near his shoulder to his arm that said '船大工' (shipwright, Japanese). He wore a pair of crimson elbow-pads, knee-long pants and standard shoes.
"Shut up, coo coo! Be quiet, Tilestone!" A white pigeon, with a red necktie, shouted as he was sitting on the shoulder a tall and slim, yet muscular man with arched eyebrows and a close-shaved goatee. He had shoulder length wavy black hair that had a large black top hat with a sepia band placed over it. He had a tattoo of a crossed-out square on each upper arm. He wore brown trousers with caramel suspenders over a white tank-top and shoes with black toe-caps.
I was told that they weren't on the sea train." A  muscular man with black hair and a mustache and pair of sunglasses said. His hair was sticking up, but when he pushed it down it only pops up somewhere else. His upper body was covered with intricate tattoos, green on his chest, and red on his arms. He wore pants that have lighter colored stripes around his waist and on the top of the legs, and standard shoes.
"Then they're still somewhere on this island, huh?" this time young man, who had big black eyes with 3 eyelashes on top of his eye spoken. He possessed a long nose similar to Usopp's, only rectangular in shape. He wore a white cap, a high-collared orange shirt with blue sleeves, jeans and white sneakers. "But they're fools if they really appear with all these guards around."
"I heard that an idiot plugged in here in the middle of the day today." A man, with a cigar in his mouth had reminded him. His hair was blond and slicked back on his head while wearing a pair of orange goggles on top. He possessed a pair of denim jacket that had flame details, many of his cigars strapped to it and a big '1' printed on its back. "Don't think using your common sense." He pointed out. As for inside of the room...
"They didn't have to go this far." A middle aged man with blue hair and similarly colored lips, covers in bangers, had spoken over to a slim, pretty woman with blue eyes and glasses. Her strawberry blonde hair that was kept tied up in a bun. She had small studded earrings and wore an outfit that revealed her legs and cleavage. It was yellow long-sleeved jacket, and high-heel boots.
"They're doing it voluntarily." She informed him as she turned away from the window.
"They're treating me like a King." The man, who as the mayor of the town Iceberg, had stated a little embarrassed.
"By the way, why did you put up Nico Robin's wanted poster in your room?" The woman asked him as she was curious.
"Are you curious?" He responded with a question.
"A little." She pushed back her glasses answering.
"It's better if you didn't know." He had finally spoken, after a silent pause. "She is... a Devil." He stated this and time was moving on as nothing was happening. "Kalifa..."
"Yes, Mr. Iceberg." The woman had turned to him one again.
"Sorry, But could you step outside for a while?" He had asked her this and without any hesitation she began heading towards the door, before she was stop. "Also...please send Paulie in here."
"Yes, sir." She answered after a brief silence and then left the room. "Paulie..."
"Hm?" The man that had the cigar in mouth responded.
"Mr. Iceberg says he has something important to disuse with you." Kalifa had informed him of this.
"With me?" Which seemed to confuse him a bit.
"Yeah, Just you. I'll be in the secretary's office, so if anything happens, just call me." And with that being said, she took off down the passage.
"Taking the trouble to have a talk alone at a time like this... what on earth could it be about?" The long square nose man, Kaku had asked but Paulie didn't seem to know.
"A will!?" Tilestone shouted this, only to get three fists and a foot to the face.
"She said it was something important. Get in there and talk to him already." The man with the sunglasses, Peepley Lulu had told him standing up.
"Y-Yeah..." Paulie then stood up.
"Shall we stay a little ways away from the door?" Peepley Lulu then asked, since it seemed like a very private thing.
"Yeah." Kaku agreed to this as got up along with the pigeon guy, Lucci.
"I wonder what he need to talk to Paulie about!" They moved to the other side of the hall way along with Tilestone, who had gained consciousness after being knocked out.
"It's mr. Iceberg we're talking about. It must be very important. More importantly, pure current problem is those pirates." Peepley Lulu remained them.
"Yeah. According to Kalifa's investigation, there're eight of them. Coo coo!" The pigeon on Lucci had stated to them. "The captain, Straw Hat Luffy. Pirate Hunter Zoe and Nico Robin..."
"In addition, the young woman who came to Dock #1 this afternoon and the round long-nose Guy." Kaku point out two more pirates they knew. Nami and Usopp.
"Then there's the woman with black and red hair along with red eyes. Mr. Iceberg described her." Peepley Lulu had been the one to place Luna there.
"Yeah. There're two others besides those. That's everyone. Coo coo! Their purpose is the least of our problems. When they make their entry here, that will be the end of them. We'll bring them all down together. Coo coo!" The pigeon had said all that to them.
"Yeah!" It wasn't long after that when Paulie came out of Iceberg's room.
"Coo coo... Are you guys done talking?" He had been asked as they were all looking at him.
"Yeah. Something came up. Sorry, but I have to leave for a bit. Is it okay?" He had told the others, it seemed quite serious.
"That's fine. The four of us will be more then enough." Peepley Lulu reassured him.
"I see. Watch over Mr. Iceberg." And with that, Paulie ended up heading down the passenger way leaving them to watch over the mayor. At this moment in time, someone was sitting ontop of the mansion belonging to Iceberg, with a blood red cloak flapping in the wind behind her. A masked was placed over her face, that covered half of it, it also being the colour of blood. She was just sitting, looking down at the clueless men below until the swim of a Transponder Snail began to ring as it was sitting in her hand when it was answered.
"Are you ready?" The woman in the other end had asked.
"I've been ready for an hour." The woman had rudely responded into the Snail.
"Alright, I'm about to cause the disturbance. You five are to carry out your own missions after the signal." The other woman had stated, not even responding to her rudeness.
"Got it." The clock had strict 9:45 pm and on that an explosion had been set off on the first floor which had been the sign as the red cloaked woman had stood up and entered through one of the windows to gain entrance in the mansion. She began walking down the stairs to the floor where Iceberg's room was located on. The sound of shouting and guns echoed loudly though out the hall way that she was walking down, where
"You've made." She had been greeted by two man, one  wearing a bull mask and a light pink robe with thick sleeves and a yellow 'tie' above. The other wore an over-sized skull mask with a black fez, and blue robes.
"Shut up, let's just do this." The woman sighed out of annoyance and then a group of men had appeared from around the corner. However, in an instant, they had been completely taken care of by the three masked intruders. Meanwhile, even thought his was shocked by noses coming from outside, Paulie had opened up a safe which was located in Iceberg's under the floors of his desk.
"This must be it." He held a bumble of old papers in hand.
"I see..." a voice had spoken from behind. "So that's the thing Mr. Iceberg's bee hiding, huh? Give it to us." Paulie turned around only to see the three masked intruders standing in the door way of the office. "You can't appreciate its value."
"Who the hell are you bastards?" He asked them where they came from.
"That darkness. However, we're a group that carries out justice." The bull masked man said answering him. "We are Cipher Pol No. 9, an undercover intelligence agency."
"No matter where you slipped in from, you must've encountered our craftsmen without fail." Paulie stated this fact.
"Did we?" It was then when he spotted the blood dropping from their hands. It clearly wasn't theirs. "We might have... or we might not have... I don't really remember the details."
"This is no longer something as simple as an assassination, is it?" Paulie had come to that realisation.
"Well, I don't recall us calling it that." The bull man told him bluntly. "In any case, please give us that valuable item of Mr. iceberg's, and... since you've learned something about it... we'd like you to die." And with that being said, the two masked men got ready to attack him. "In the name of justice... right here... right now..." Sweat was falling down his face looking at the three of them as the woman closed the door. And within a few seconds the young man had been covered in nothing but holes, bleeding out blood from his body. Paulie had collapsed to his knees breathing heavily. "You're no match for our martial arts skills. Now, hand it over already... or else it'll get dirty with your blood." He had said, holding out his hand.
"I thought... I could defeat you." And Pauli had collapsed to the floor, face down, causing the papers to roll across the floor. Which was why the woman had picked it up to begin pulling off the string. "To tell you the truth... Mr. Iceberg told me to run right away. He told me to drop it quickly and run... since...
"This is..." the woman seemed to flinch as she looked down at the papers,
"...it's a completely fake." Even if Pauli had said that, the woman seemed to be aware of it, looking at the thing.
"What? A fake, you say?" The bull men asked as to repeat himself. "How foolish..."
"I don't know who you are, but this means your plan failed, does it?" Paulie had come to realise what their true target had been this entire time. "How pathetic. Sorry, pal. I don't even know what you're looking for."
"How cocky... you think that you outwitted CP9? In any case, even though you're only a decoy, we can't keep you alive now that you've become involved." The two men had began stepping towards him, however, the woman had shot her head around upon hearing the sound of someone shouting, which had been followed by something breaking through the walls from outside the building.
"Ingot stuck! Dammit! I got stuck again!" It had been Luffy... at least the upper part of him. The rest of him seemed to be stuck on the out side of the building. "Why does this always happen?!" He was trying to break free.
"Straw Hat..." Paulie called it to him barely
"Huh?" Which pulled him to the scene before him. "Ah! The rope guy! What happened to you? Are you okay?" Luffy noticed him on the ground and blood rolling down his face. "You're covered in blood. You sure are full of surprises!"
"That'd be you! This is the third floor!" Paulie shouted back at him.
"Straw Hat Luffy..." the bull man spoke
"So you took the trouble to come take the crime upon yourself?" While the skull asked him.
"His just an idiot." The woman then said, and Luffy's sight fell on her.
"Luna!" Luffy shouted, looking right at the woman. "That's you, isn't it, Luna!?"
"I really didn't see the point in a mask to begin with." Saying this, the woman began to remove the cloak and masked
