Alyssa's POV:
The next morning:
I woke up early the next morning with the world's worst hangover.
"What the fuck?", I said out loud, rubbing my head, as it hurt like hell, as I crawled out of bed and made my way to the bathroom, feeling like complete shit.
Mother fucking cousins... giving me all those shots like that last night. And I get that we had to celebrate threatening that dude, but still.
I took two Tylenol and stripped my clothes off and stepped into the hot shower. And almost immediately I felt better. Which I was glad because the last thing I wanted was to feel like shit all day long. Because today was my day off.
After showering, I got dressed in a casual beige sweater and black shorts and made my way downstairs.
I glanced at my phone that had been sitting on the kitchen counter all night, and saw a missed text from Nichole that she had sent earlier this morning.
'Lys, You good?'
I texted back. 'Yeah, I'm fine. I have a little bit of a hangover, but I'm good.'
A few minutes later, she texted back. 'Ok, good. Just wanted to make sure. What are you doing today?'
'Hopefully, not a damn thing', I texted back, hoping just to relax and chill, and to not have to get off the couch, since I didn't have to work today.
'You're not working?'
'Nope, I'm off.'
'Ok. Well have fun then. Text later', she said.
I sat my phone down and went into the kitchen and made some much needed coffee, then went into the living room and turned on Netflix to try to find a movie to watch.
I finally found one I wanted to watch, and got settled in. About 30 minutes later, just as I was starting to get into the movie, and it was about to get to a good part, I heard a knock on my front door. And it struck me as odd because I wasn't expecting anyone, especially this early in the morning.
"Who is that? Interrupting my movie. Just starting to get good", I said under my breath, as I got up and went over to the door and opened it.
"Oh... hey", I said surprised, as soon as I saw who it was.
"Hey sexy", Jordan said, smiling.
(Jordan)
Still taken off guard and having no idea why she was here, I stepped aside and let her in, then closed the door behind us.
"What are you doing here?", I asked. Because needless to say, she had shown up completely unannounced. And also uninvited. So I obviously wasn't expecting her.
