4 months later nunew is barely had a difficult of breathing and walking

nat,yim,nunew,tutor entered the car and went to the hospital they go out in the car and went to the clinic nunew is catching his breath
"its only been 4 months i cant barely breath oh my god" nunew said while breathing heavily

nat is very exited because its the day they were going to know what is the baby gender

"im so happy to see you again nunew, wow you're belly is growing is it 7 months already?"the nurse ask

"oh my god ok ok you should lay in the bed and lets do the ultra sound"
the nurse squeez the gel in nunews tummy and look if the baby is healthy
"oh- uhm" the nurse is stunned..
"Is everything okay?" tutor said
"Yes they're healthy" the nurse smiled Happily
"oh im happy to hear tha-" nunew thought that he misheard the nurse.. so are the rest
