A tense atmosphere could be felt where three kids could be seen sitting hurled up around the big carrom board. One of the two girls was set with her target and in the next couple of seconds there was a sound of the striker being hit followed by a loud gasp of a boy.

"Wow Aini... what a shot" Faiza clapped her hands for her sister

Aini looked up and saw the face of her opponent looking all grim and mouth set in a straight line and the next moment there was an outcry from him

"You cheated...Aini" Fakhir said while pointing his finger towards her

"I did not" she at once retaliated

"You did, your striker was not in place and this is not the first time..." their quarrel was stopped by their house help, who came panting towards them.

"Fakhir beta, your father's health is not good... Your ammi is calling you." She said in a worried tone.

All three of them jumped from their place and made a run towards the room.

In the Hospital-

Fakhir was sitting there with his mother and his chachi waiting for his Chachu and the doctor to return and update them with his father's condition.

Just then the doctor arrived... "Doctor, how is my husband?" Sameena asked

"He is under observation right now, he just suffered from a minor heart attack. He will be fine, just make sure to not give him any stress." And with that the doctor went away.

Sameena would have collapsed on the floor if it hadn't been for her sister-in-law who caught her in time and made her sit on the chair.

"Bhabhi, please be strong... Zaheer bhai will be fine." Aayesha tried to calm down Sameena

"Ji Bhabhi. Please don't be worried. I have talked with doctor about everything. Bhai Sahab will be fine." Habib said while giving the water bottle to his wife Aayesha for his Sameena Bhabhi and also held his nephew who was looking little anxious.

In the meantime, the news of Zaheer Ahmed, the eldest son of the family getting a heart attack was told to the remaining family members and it had caused quite a family picnic in the hospital itself with all the visitations and everything that happened till the time Zaheer was admitted.

It was a new day and Zaheer was back at home all healthy but with a disturbed mindset, which didn't go unnoticed by his wife Sameena.

Aayesha and Sameena were in the kitchen, preparing for the lunch when their mother-in-law came there.

"Sameena and Aayesha... I hope you both have not forgotten that Saiqa and her family is coming to stay with us from Kuwait. I don't want them to face any problem while they are here and especially our son-in-law Faraz and the kids...okay?" she asked them in her usual authoritative tone

"Ji Amma, don't worry everything will be fine." Sameena replied

"Yes, and it should be. I have already told both of you about the arrangement of their room and everything else. Just don't forget anything... understood." She gave them a serious look and went away.

Both the bahus of the house looked at each other and laughed. They both were experienced in all these visits of their sister-in-law and her family and knew how to handle everything.
