One Night Stand (Herophine) - part 1

London is so beautiful in September. The weather is not too cold, nor too warm. It's perfect.

I arrived here yesterday and I have to stay in quarantine until my tests comes and it's negative.

I am in London for a project with other actors and I can't wait to film this. Soon we should start filming for the next two "After" movies with our new director. We don't know the details yet, but let's home we will find out about this soon. After I ate my dinner, I take a long and hot shower and I don't bother to get dress with my pajama.

I see some notifications on my phone and I check them: some mails and messages. One of the is distracting me. A message from Hero, my co-star.

"Hello miss Langford. You don't tell me when you are in London? That's not nice. You just hurt my feelings."

I smile at his text and I write him back.

"Hello to you too, Hero. Why I am not telling you this? Because I'm not staying here for too long. I will be in London five days, three more days from now because two days I stayed quarantined and tomorrow morning I have my tests results. I'm sorry for hurting your feelings, Hero." And a few moments later, I have an answer from him.

"And in the next three days you have time for your friend?"

"I don't know yet how free I will be, but be dure that I will let you know as soon as I get some free time."

"Good. Have a good night Jo!"

"Thank you, you too."

I put my phone on the nightstand and I change in my pajama. This short conversation with Hero made me smile and I hope I will have some time for him while I'm here.

The next morning, I get a call and I breath in a relief when I know my test is negative. I order my breakfast and I write some mails while I eat. When I'm done with my breakfast, I take a shower and I get ready for today's meeting. When I'm ready, I call an Uber and I put on my shoes, my mask and sunglasses. I don't really want to be recognized by someone.

I arrive at the studio and I go to meet the team.

"We are starting in 10 minutes. One of the actors have symptoms and the test came positive, so we had to find someone else. And Hero Fiennes-Tiffin accepted our proposal." Shit. The destiny is playing with me? I immediately smile when I see him.

"Hello, Jo."

"Hi."

"I would hug you, but you know... The virus doesn't let us to do this." We laugh.

"Ok everyone! Listen to me! You are going to make-up and then we are going to start work! No talks because we don't have time!"

We go to the make-up room and from a coincidence, me and Hero are staying next to each other.

"You didn't told me that we are going to work together." I smile while the girl applies my make-up.

"I found out everything this morning, like an hour ago."

"Oh, I understand."

"Wanna go for a drink when we are done?"

"I think that the bars will be closed when we are done. But we can drink something at my hotel, there is a bar and we can talk."

"Yeah, sounds good."

After our make-up is done we go in the filming studio and we start our work. After hours of work, we are finally done. It was a long day, but we have a lot of troubles with the equipment and we have to continue tomorrow. Really great! Well, the good part is that we start work tomorrow after 12 pm, so more sleep for me.
