Chapter 26- Friday

MV- Okay, so who's gonna go first
CL- Why don't you ask first
MV- Fine by me, so Mick truth or dare

Mick looked around nervously

MS- Erm, truth
MV- Mick, is there a special someone in your life at the moment

Mick looked down at the ground and then looked around with a slight blush on his face

MS- Yeah
GR- Oh, who
MS- Erm well
CL- Please tell us
AA- Yeah, please tell us
NV- Just leave him alone, he answered his question
OP- I mean, Nyck does have a point, Mick doesn't have to answer
GR- Fine, erm Mick, your turn to ask a question
MS- Oscar, truth or dare
OP- I'll go with dare, please
MS- Go onto the balcony and yell that Mick is the best formula one driver
OP- Fine

Oscar got up, opened the door to the balcony, and stepped out onto it. He took one glance inside before turning back around.

OP- MICK SCHUMACHER IS THE BEST F1 DRIVER ON THE GRID
SV- I mean, you're not wrong
LH- Hey
SV- Well of the younger drivers anyway
OP- Oh hey Seb, hey Lewis
CP- What are you guys doing up there
OP- We're playing truth or dare
CS- Well, try not to get into trouble please, remember what happened last time
OP- Yes, Carlos
LN- Oscar, what's going on out there
OP- Oh, it's just some of the drivers are in Carlos's room downstairs and telling us not to get into trouble
MV- I nearly forgot that happened last time
LH- We'll leave you guys be, carry on

Oscar walked back inside and shut the door to the balcony, leaving the older drivers in peace and quiet.

OP- Okay, Logan truth or dare
LS2- Truth
GR- Why are you so shy

Logan looked taken aback by the question coming from George mainly because he wasn't expecting George to ask the question.

LS2- I suppose its because I don't like talking to people I don't know
EL- Well we can help you with that, by sharing things about us
LS2- Thanks Ezra
AL- It's your turn to ask Logan
LS2- Erm Lando truth or dare
LN- Dare

Oscar leaned over and whispered something in Logans ear which made the American laugh quietly.

LS2- I dare you to go and knock on the door of Carlos's room and slap a plate of shaving cream in the face of whoever opens the door

The entire group burst out laughing at the audacity of the dare.

NV- Did it have something to do with Oscar by any chance
LS2- Yeah, it was Oscar's idea
MV- Go on Lando
CL- There's a paper plate on the side that you can use and there's shaving cream in the bathroom
MS- I think that someone should go with him to make sure that he completes the dare
MV- I'll go

After Lando had put some shaving cream on the paper plate, him and Max made their way downstairs to Carlos's room, where lots of the older drivers were hanging out as well. Lando knocked on the door and stood to the side waiting for the door to open. When it did the person who answered the door got a plate of shaving cream in their face.

DR- Oi

Lando and Max burst out laughing at the disgruntled look on the face of both their former teammate. Then they ran off back to the safety of Charles's room leaving a very bewildered Daniel Ricciardo standing in the doorway.

GR- Well
EL- Who answered the door
LN- It was Danny
MV- I got it on camera, it was hilarious
LN- Anyway, Nyck truth or dare
NV- Dare definitely
LN- I dare you to kiss Mick on the lips

Nyck sighed then shuffled over to where Mick was sitting on his knees. He stopped just in front of the German, leaned in and gave him a peck on the lips. When he leaned back again, him and Mick shared a look between them before Nyck moved back and sat in his place.

AL- Good on you, Nyck
NV- What do you mean
AL- I just didn't think you'd go through with it, that's all
OP- Neither did I to be honest
NV- Ezra, truth or dare
EL- Dare
NV- I dare you to sit on Lando's lap for the remainder of the game
EL- Fine

Ezra shuffled over and plonked himself on Lando's lap, who happened to be sitting next to him. Some of the drivers noticed the blush that spread over the faces of the two men.

EL- Arthur truth or dare
AL- Dare
CL- I dare you to go down to the pool and chuck some of the clothes your wearing in there
AL- Ugh, I hate you Charles

The entire group decided that they'd all make the trip down to the pool in the hotel. Arthur was feeling very grateful that the hotel was a private one so no members of the public would see him getting undressed. At the side of the pool, Arthur took off his sweatpants, and t-shirt. This left him in only his underpants and socks. Seeing as Arthur was a bit reluctant to follow through with the rest of his dare, Charles picked up the items of clothing that has been taken off ams chucked them in the pool.

AL- Charles!!! What did you do that for
CL- I did it so you don't have to

Arthur walked up to Charles and stood next to him.

AL- You know that I would have done it right
CL- I didn't look like you were

Before Charles could realise what was going on, he had been pushed into the pool by Arthur. When he emerged from the water, everybody burst out laughing.

CL- Hey, what was that for
GR- I mean you did kinda deserve it Charles

Charles got out of the pool dripping wet with Arthur's clothes that he had thrown in earlier. Arthur passed his brother a towel so he didn't drip water everywhere as they all travelled back to the room.

CL- Thanks for the towel Arthur
AL- Well we were even and I'm not that mean

When the drivers got to the room, they were all tired after the pool so they just ended up chatting until they left to go to bed.
