(Three votes in 20 seconds, let's fucking go!)

I helped Ghost to his bed, his body wet from the shower he took. I sat him down and glanced at his toned chest.

He was only in boxers and damn, he's packing!

"I don't need your help. I hurt my shoulder, not my leg."

"Then why did you let me help you all this time?

He huffed and I huffed back. Budge walked out of my room and sang a gleeful melody.

"She's happy you're hurt." I nodded and Ghost rolled his eyes. "Now stay put. I'll bring you your dinner. Budge, you're in charge."

I ran to the kitchen and looked around until I found what I needed for a nice soup I always make myself when I'm sick.

"Looks like you beat me to dinner, kid."

"I don't wanna hear him moaning and groaning so he needs to get better soon. This soup is good for that."

"Well I'm sure good old Simon will appreciate it."

"Hardly. He's an ass."

"Come on, don't be like that. He's really a nice man. I think you'll find he actually really cares for you."

I couldn't help but laugh and raise my shirt to show him the bruise.

"This is caring for me?"

"In his way. He doesn't want to see you hurt."

"So he did it himself?"

"In a safe environment."

"You're starting to get on my nerves, old man."

"I'm sorry, those weren't my intentions."

"It's fine. Dinners ready."

"What in the oven?"

"Garlic bread."

I pulled the tray out and prepared everything before taking a bowl to Ghost.

"Sit up."

I straddled him and brought a spoonful to his mouth.

"Mask up and and mouth open."

"I don't need your help."

"Orders are orders. Say ah."

He lifted his masks just over his nose and he opened his mouth.

I put the spoon in his mouth and pulled it out empty.

"Good boy."

I fed him, talking about this and that with Budge nibbling on my hair.

"Tweet!" Budge jumped off my head and flew to the door.

Price smiled as she landed on his shoulder.

"Hello Budge. How are you?"

"What's up, Price?" I asked as I fed Ghost another spoonful of soup.

"Nothing. Just came to see how Ghost was doing. But I see he's being treated as royalty."

"Want some bread?"

"Yes please."

I put down the bowl and brought up the garlic bread.

"Say ah!"

Crunch.

"It's good."

"Thank you. I made it all myself."

I looked over at Price who was leaning against the doorframe, arms crossed and a smile on his face.

"What?"

"I think she's good for you, Ghost."

"Huh?"

"What?"

"Enjoy your dinner." And with that, he left, Budge still on his shoulder.

"He's so weird." I snorted

"He never acts this way." Ghost added.

"Okay, back to eating."

After I fed him and myself, I put on a movie and laid next to him.

"Ohh, plot twist!"

"Mhm." Ghost nodded and I laid my head on his stomach. "Comfortable?"

"Very. Another plot twist!?"

I felt Ghost place a hand on my shoulder and my eyes got droopy. I'm sure I can just close my eyes for a second.
