(If anyone knows the artist, do tell so I can credit them! Also, fun fact of the day: I was never actually gonna publish this book. Like, ever. I was to scared of the COD fandom that I was gonna keep it to myself, but now I'm glad I didn't! Thank you for being here and supporting me!)

My eyes opened slowly and I looked over at Ghost. He was asleep.

Looking so peaceful.

I leaned over and placed a kiss on his cheek and he let out a sigh.

I couldn't help but giggle and sit up.

3:44 am.

Why'd I wake up? I'm not tired anymore.

I slowly snuck out of the room and looked around.

What can I do?

I walked into the kitchen and looked through the cabinets.

I think I'll make cookies and a chocolate cake.

I began to gather the necessary items on the table and huffed. Time to get mixing.

I was halfway through the cookie batter when I heard a yawn.

"What are you doing?" Ghost asked as he walked in.

"Baking."

"At 4 in the morning?" He sat down and laid his head on the table.

"Go back to sleep. You have my sister, I'm not going anywhere."

Ghost blinked tiredly and yawned.

He eventually fell asleep on the table and I continued with my baking.

"Hmm hmm hmm hmm." I put the cake in the oven and placed the cookies to rest.

"Smells good." Ghost mumbled tiredly and sat up.

I walked over and hugged his head to my chest.

"Up again?"

"I keep waking up. You have a nice ass. I like watching you bend over."

"Pervert!" I hugged him tighter and he let out a happy sigh.

"What are you sighing about?"

"Boobs."

I let go of him and walked away.

"You nasty."

He chuckled and Konig walked in, seeming surprised to see us.

"Ah. You're awake."

"I couldn't go back to sleep. Ghost is here to make sure I don't run away."

"Ah. Are those cookies?"

"Yup. And there's cake in the oven."

"You spoil us." Konig walked over to examine the cookies.

He snatched one and walked over to start the coffee.

I laughed as he ate the cookie.

"Mhm. It's really good."

"Thank you." I said handing a cookie to Ghost.

He took it and ate it.

"It is good."

"Thank you.

I took a bite of his cookie and nodded.

"I've made better."

Ghost pulled me onto his lap and laid his head on my shoulder.

"What has gotten into you?"

Konig poured himself a cup of coffee, took a few cookies and left the room.

"Could it be that you're jealous?" I whispered and he grunted.

"Jealous? Of what? We're not a couple."

I felt like I was punched in the stomach.

"Yeah. I know."  I sighed and pulled myself off of him.

"Where are you going?"

"The cake should be ready."

Just then the timer went off and I took the cake out.

I stared on the icing and hummed.

He's right. We're not a couple.

What do I care?

"Ghost?" I asked as I mixed the frosting.

"Yes?"

"I want perfumes."

"Okay, buy them."

"We have to go to the store for that."

"I'll ask Price if we can go to Macy's later."

"How much money do I still have?"

"3 cents."

"Bruh."

"I'll buy them for you."

"Really?"

"Yeah." He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my neck. "Anything for you."

I blushed and put a hand on his head.

"Thank you." I kissed his temple and finished the icing.
