𝟭. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻/𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲? The community was founded on November 3rd, 2020, by myself (Scarlet) and two other individuals who are no longer active participants. It was founded due to a collective desire among Wattpad users to provide assistance and receive support through avenues such as book clubs, shops, contests/awards, and affiliation programs geared towards aiding other communities. The macaron/sweet treats theme was inspired by the culture of France, particularly influenced by its popular show, "Miraculous: The Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir."
𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁? 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰? In terms of future projects, our primary goal for 2024 is to expand our community's manpower- our lovely macarons and to establish additional shops while also initiating more contests.
𝟯. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺? Managing a community entails various challenges, such as inadequate human resources, member inactivity, and the delicate balance required between personal commitments and community responsibilities. Overcoming these obstacles needs effective time management, proactive communication, and fostering a supportive environment to encourage members' engagement and retention.
𝟰. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀? Through our affiliation with your community - The Mellonia Community, we aspire to enhance our community's visibility, gain access to additional resources, and promote our ongoing projects. This partnership represents an opportunity that is both beneficial, and mutual in which we further our goals and expand our reach within the broader Wattpad community.
𝟱. 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲? 5. An advice to those encountering difficulties in reviving or starting a community, it's important to not be discouraged by setbacks or unforeseen challenges. Consistency is key when it comes to sustaining a thriving community, and perseverance often leads to eventual success overall. Additionally, surrounding oneself with supportive individuals, like the supportive members I have found within my dear Macaron community, can provide invaluable encouragement and assistance along the journey.
