𝗛𝗶, 𝗜'𝗺 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.
Well, nothing much to say about myself. But here we go! Greetings, everyone! This is Wolfin, a Wattpad Fanfiction author and Community Founder. That is all to know about me, I deem.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆? 𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁?
To be honest, this was never supposed to be the theme. I initially wanted to go for Werewolves or something around the same for the theme, due to my unhealthy obsession with wolves. However, we (my previous Admins and I) felt that even though communities are more or less like a company, not everyone goes for the office theme or such. Thus, we went like why not go simple yet elegant? And ta-da! We became a consortium of dreams!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆? 𝗪𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲? 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗽𝗮𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀?
Managing this community was, to be honest, not tough initially. Because I previously had a community of almost 2 years. So, many things were easy to begin with. However, as time went, things indeed became a lot harder. Since back in 2021, when I first opened community, it was during COVID-19 and most people were idle and therefore they could give more time to this. But, now when everything is again in usual routine and all, it is tough to get dedicated members.
Yes, I do feel at times to quit because many of my personal breakdown and studies. Though I do overcome it very easily as well. However, I never actually feel like handing the community to someone else. I do not know why but I do not find the assurance that someone else would give as much as I give to my community. Even though they would be hardworking and everything else, but you know the feel that the way I dedicate and invest my time and patience, I feel that not someone else can give that.
About balancing my personal and professional lives, then I have specific time to dedicate to each. Though I give my all to the community, I prefer my personal life over it more. So, I have certain hours of day allotted for each thing. Over time and practice, it just happens naturally.

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆?
If I had to describe Alora in 3 words, then it would be — 3Ps; Patience, Punctual, Professional. The reasons are:
According to me, for anything to work out well, one must have dire patience. Both my members and I are full of patience. There are times when I lose my temper due to tough schedule and haunting deadlines as some customers are a bit demanding for their orders and such. At that time, I tend to lash out if the orders are being delayed. Even after that, each member stay by my side and together we all successfully delivery the things. I kid you not when I say I am the worst when it comes to scolding. So despite all these, if the members are still there and working with enough dedication, then I do not know who else have the patience if not my dreamers.
Punctual and Professional, goes hand by hand. As said, I am strict with deadlines, thus, most of the time my members are as punctual as one can be. And since they are punctual, we automatically become professional enough with our service and everything.

𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝘀? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺?
Well, speaking about my author journey, it was back in 2020. I have been into writing from my early teenage time, thus, as I discover the platform. I gave it a go because why not? So, yeah, writing came quite naturally. As mentioned before, that it was a natural thing. Thus, when I started to get a bit compliments, encouragement, and somehwhat recognition for it from people around me. That truly inspired me and pushed me to writing more. And as time went, I read stories, articles, watched movies and such so yeah those contributed a lot as my inspiration. And as for how I have grown in them then I would simply say that it is practice, my passion for the thing and hunger to know more about it, that makes me want to improve more than I already have.
And about shops, then I would I happened to learn those due to being a community founder. That is because there are times when we need back up members for certain roles in cases of emergency or member shortage. So yeah, I just happened to get into those roles and now serving as an individual too. I would go with the same as what I said for writing in terms of how I grew in those roles.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳?
The milestone that I want to achieve for both as a founder and writer is people's satisfaction. I want people to know and appreciate the talents we as community serve and grow more into it. I want people to recognize us as a community of great teamwork, hardwork and dedication. I want people to look upon us for certain things as inspiration. The same is for my personal growth. I want to be a person whom people will remember for her deeds and personality. Someone through who work people can find comfort and enjoy it. That is all.

𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲?
Well, we are already having an upcoming project together. Thus, I hope we become successful in that and aim for more future projects together.

𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱/𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀?
The only thing I would say for each is be passionate, patient, dedicated and hardworking. For without these, one can barely made it to the end. And do not get too boastful about your skills, because there is always more to learn and explore. As a founder, be strict yet have an approachable aura. Be kind and considerate towards your members and other workmates. But at the same time, do not forget your position. Also, definitely do not become too high in the air thinking you are the founder and abuse or misuse the power of your position. Remember, a boss is the one who walks ahead of his team, but a leader is the one who walks along with his team. And you got to be leader, not a boss. I guess, this much is enough for a newbie to enter the community world. Thank you.

𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿: Thank you, Wolfin, for the wonderful responses and words of advice. I hope our collab is successful too and that we can have more projects together!
