Promises

Chapter 12

*Emilia's POV*
We had now had food and were standing outside to say our goodbyes.
"Text me when you get home so I know you're okay." Caspar said sweetly.
"Will do, see you soon." I replied with a smile.
Afterwards, he leaned in to what I thought- a hug. However, when he got closer I realized what he was doing. He was about to kiss me! Quickly, he pecked me on the lips, leaving them tingling. To break the silence he simply said,
"Bye Mills" with a smirk upon his face.

-A few weeks later-

*Caspar's POV*
I haven't seen or heard from Autumn in a while. I had seen Emilia a lot lately and soon I'm asking her to be my girlfriend, but I don't want to rush into it because I dont want it to turn out like Autumn & Lucas' relationship. However, Autumn hadn't been replying to any texts, and if she did it would be hours later. I need to fix this.
I decided to call her as I knew she wouldn't answer a message, it rung 8 times before she answered.

"Hey Aut'!" I cheered into the phone,
"Hey Cas." She said blandly. I knew there was something wrong.
"Would you like to come see my new apartment? Promise it will be funnnn" I pleaded.
"Sure," she began, "what time?" She said, Abit more cheer into her voice this time.
"Whenever you're ready" I smiled though the phone, "i'll send you the address right now. See you in a bit Aut'" I said, as I ended the call.

Today I would make her forget about everything that's happened, she needs to get over Lucas. It may be hard, considering they were best friends, but nobody said they had to stop? I guess it was just hard being the way they used to be...

*Autumn's POV*
This is the first time I've been out somewhere this holiday, and to be honest I am looking forward to it. Finally something to look up to, me and Caspar need to catch up with each other anyways. I haven't spoke to him since the day I cried on him.. Oops, sorry Caspar :/

Just as I got in a taxi to the address Caspar had told me, my phone began to bleep. When I checked it, it was a text from Caspar.

"Sorry, forgot to tell you. My roommate Joe will be Here too. Don't worry, he Wont get in the way."

Now I thought whether or not I should just ask the taxi driver to turn around. But I didn't, Caspar said his roommate wouldn't get in the way so I guess that's fine. I just hope he's not one of those bad influenced guys.

Finally, the taxi pulled up at a nice set of apartments- my guess, Caspar's.
I clicked the number 8 by the door, where I heard a bleeping noise, I guess Caspar unlocked the door for me.
I took the lift to the middle floor and walked along the corridor to Caspar's room, where I knocked loudly. To my surprise, Caspar didn't open the door. It was this boy... I was lost for words.
He had dirt blonde hair, styled in a sleek quiff. His jawbone was defined perfectly and his eyes were a beautiful shade of blue. I took all of this in within the minute I was standing at the door way. 'He was sculptured by gods' I thought in my head, quoting Angus, thongs and perfect snogging.
He just simply leaned against the door frame and smiled at me- he was so cute!
"You must be Autumn" he chuckled, in a low tone.
"And you must be Joe" I said, realizing he Was Caspar's new roommate...
Turns out I'll be coming here more often than planned.
