Magnus sighed in happiness as he decorated his house in fun colors and hearts. It was Valentines Day, of more likely, it was the night of Valentine's Day...

"What's with all of this? Why celebrate a mundane holiday?" Alec bickered from the couch.

"Oh hush, Alexander. It's a day about love and romance" Magnus said with a smile.

"But it's named after a racist psycopath murderer." Alec mumbled.

"No it is not. He was named after a beautiful day, just because he turned evil doesn't mean the day did too"Magnus said as he finished the last wall. He skipped over to the couch to see Alec was reading a book full of facts.

"Your such a sourpuss, Alexander. Let's do something fun and watch a movie!" Magnus said and he rolled his eyes at him.

"If I want to be grumpy I'm allowed to be grumpy, Magnus" Alec grumbled.

"Fine. I'll just watch the One Direction movie and swoon over how hot Harry Styles is" Magnus said and got up and skipped out of the room. Alec was fuming, he wander just grump anymore. He was jealous.

Magnus stuck to his word and was watching the One Direction movie and was swooning over the band. He was totally smitten over the band. He saw Alec walk in, he didn't say anything and just turned back to the movie. He felt arms go around his chest and pull him close to a body.

"Forgive me, Magnus?" Alec asked and Magnus stayed silent.

"The silent treatment? Seriously?!" Alec said and sighed.

"Please talk to me, Mags"

"Magnus Bane!"

"Mags please talk!"

"Magnus!"

"Magnus I'm sorry. I love you. Please talk to me again. I want to hear your beautiful voice again, the only voice that gives me a sense of comfort anymore" Alec said and sighed. "I really want to hear you talk again"

"I love you too, Alexander" Magnus said softly and Alec smiled and kissed him quickly.

"Never stop talk to me, ever again" Alec said and hugged him tightly. "Silence is the worst form of torture, Magnus"

"I won't. Just stop being a sexy grump all the time" Magnus said and Alec chucked.

"I didn't know about the sexy part" Alec joked and Magnus chuckled.

"Just go to bed, Alexander" Magnus said. Alec obliged and started to fall asleep with Magnus next to him. Magnus fell asleep, slowly falling even more in love with the grumpy nephilim.
