Magnus sat on the bed as he waited for Alec to come home. He was nervous.
"Mags, I'm home" Magnus heard Alec shout. Magnus stayed silent.
Alec was standing at the front doorway curiously. He didn't hear Magnus or see him and was kind of scared. He saw the rosed and smiled as he followed them to the couch. He picked up the scrapbook with a smile and followed the rest of the trail. He saw Magnus and smiled. He kissed his cheek as he sat next to him on the bed.
"What's this for? It's not our anniversary yet and it's no ones birthday" Alec asked curiously.
"I just thought you deserved a present" Magnus answered. Alec smiled and opened it. The first page was the first time he and Magnus met. Alec smiled as he flipped through the pages, all showing each day they spent together, from the day Alec finally gave in and started dating him to the day they finally went to the next level.
"This is so sweet, Mags" Alec said with a smile.
"Turn the last page, sweet pea" Magnus said and Alec did and he blushed like crazy. He picked up the ring and held it up.
"W-w-what's this?" Alec asked softly with a blush.
"That is evidence for what's out to happen" Magnus said and pulled Alec close.
"Make me the happiest person in the entire universe, this one and the others, and marry me my love?" Magnus asked softly.
"By the angel, Magnus! Of course I'll marry you!" Alec said and tackled him in a hug. Magnus hugged him back and slipped the ring onto Alec's finger and pecked his lips quickly.
"Aku Cinta Kamu, Alexander Gideon Lightwood" Magnus said softly.
"I love you too, Magnus Bane" Alec said and kissed his cheek.
"I wonder how everyone is gonna react to this" Alec mumbled.
"I call dibs on telling Maryse and Robert!" Magnus said with a laugh as Alec blushed.
"My parents will explode" Alec said and Magnus smiled.
"I know. That's why I want to tell them" Magnus said and Alec hit his shoulder with a chuckle.
