As soon as I got home, I grabbed some Doritos and a can of Orange Crush soda and went to my room. I started texting Monica and Ally in the group text.

"Hey, guys! I texted.

"JESSICA GUESS WHAT!" Monica replied.

"TELL HER!!!" texted Ally.

"Somebody tell me!" I hurried and texted.

"Okay, so Colten asked me out! Isn't the g8?" Monica texted.

At first I didn't know that "g8" meant great, but anyways I didn't know if that was great or not. Colten is a jerk. I couldn't believe Colten and Monica are dating. I just couldn't!

"Wow! Yeah that is awesome, well gtg bye!" I quickly texted.

I threw my phone onto the other side of my bed and started doing my homework. After about 15 minutes of doing boring History I was finished. My Dad knocked on my door and came into my room. He sat down on my desk chair.

"How was school?"

"It was pretty good,"

"Did you... make any... friends?"

When Dad asked that he seemed concerned.

"Actually yeah! I met Anna and Annie who are pretty cool,"

He sighed in relief. I didn't want to tell him about Karen or hottie-potottie Tyler. I guess you could say The Ann's are my friends. I hope they are.
