Theo couldn't help but be worried about this meeting with the pack, but it wasn't the pack he was afraid of, because he knew he could take them on if he needed to. It was Melissa that he was afraid of. She could be scary at times and he really didn't want to hurt her. He had hurt her before and he promised himself he would never do it again.

After all, she was only human.

The four super-naturals had just pulled up to Scott's house. Liam hadn't told the pack that Theo was coming with him yet, and they'd most likely freak the fuck out. It's notlike Liam cared, though.

Everyone was already there by the time they were walking up to the front door. They had to help Theo pick an outfit because he wanted to at least try and look okay.

----------------------------------------------------------

"Theo, come on! We have to leave, we're already late!" Derek shouted up the stairs, Lydia and Liam stood beside him as they chuckled amongst themselves.

"Alright, Der! I'm trying to pick a fucking shirt!" Was the reply that came flying down the wooden stairs.

The three turned to each other, confusion clearly spreading across each of their faces.

"What?" They all asked, at the same time, their eyes never leaving each others.

"Ugh!" That was the only thing they heard, and so the three of them made their way to Derek's room, where clothes were scattered everywhere.

"Der, you don't own anything even remotely nice!" Theo had whined, lookheing up from his spot on the floor. He was only wearing a pair of shorts and Liam's heartbeat was raised a considerable amount higher from the sight. No one seemed to notice, though.

Lydia stepped forward as Derek began to pick up the clothes, and Liam just stood in the doorway, completely mesmerised by Theo's chest.

"Theo, it doesn't matter what you wear. It's only Scott's house. We'll be there for you, now come on." Lydia gave the chimera a warm smile, and Theo stood up, when a black tank top covered his face.

Theo gasped dramatically as he took the top off of his face. "Fuck you, Liam."

"When and where?" Liam replied, a smirk on his face as Theo's jaw dropped.

Derek and Lydia only laughed in response to Liam's comment, and as Theo was dragged out of the room, he gained his confidence and shot a wink at the beta, Liam's cheeks flushing red.

"Come on, lover boy," Derek had said to him with a small grin on his face, grabbing Liam's wrist, much like Lydia had done to Theo as she pulled him out of the house. "We have a pack to meet up with."

-----------------------------------------------------------------

And so, here they were. Theo hung back for a minute, as if he was reconsidering coming here, but the other three stopped and looked behind them, waiting for the young boy. They all nodded reassuringly and Liam even came back to him toentwine their fingers, and Liam planted a soft kiss to Theo's cheek, too. Suddenly, Theo was confident with his choice again.

The four of them entered the house, not bothering to knock. Everyone fell silent when their eyes landed on Theo, who stood awkwardly in the door as he felt all eyes on him.

A few whispers went around but Theo couldn't hear them. His eyes were glazing over and his breathing was becoming unsteady at the thought of rejection. He couldn't bare it.

A squeeze on his hand pulled him back. Liam's hand held Theo's tightly, as though he would never, ever let Theo go. He nodded to Liam, letting him know that he was okay. He really thought he was okay. He hadn't been okay in a very long time.

Scott cleared his throat, trying to remove the tension from the room. The rest of the pack seemed to understand what he was trying to achieve and stood up, rushing towards Derek, Lydia and Liam. They hadn't seen each other in ages, it seemed.

Even Malia came up to Liam, giving him a hug. It lasted longer than all of the other embraces he had recieved shortly before this one.

Malia played with his hair gently, whispering into his ear as if she could read his mind. "It's okay, I forgive you. I was a complete bitch and I'm sorry."

"I'm sorry too, Mal." Liam replied quietly, both of them pulling away with a smile on their faces. Malia retreated into the living room with most of the others, no one having said a word to Theo. He finally realised that he would be alone, again. Boy, was he wrong.

He was tackled onto the ground by Mason and Corey, his two other closest friends in the pack. They smiled down at him and screamed, "Missed you, bro!"

Mason and Corey had always cared for Theo, no matter what, however they were just scared to show it because they didn't want Scott to be disappointed in them for trusting someone so easily. They had become quite close over the months that Theo had returned and they often spent the night together at Mason's, staying up all night chatting and playing video games. Theo was sure that Mason was addicted.

They hadn't seen each other since the day before the incident in the woods, and Mason and Corey didn't go and visit him, simply because they had seen the chemistry between Liam and Theo and wanted to give them time alone.

They always texted Theo, though, and Theo would always reply with a grin on his face.

As Corey smiled and down at him and pulled the chimera up off of the floor, Theo couldn't help but smile back.

He felt happy, accepted. Accepted for who he was. Something he hadn't felt in a very, very long time.
