tensai kireina was the epitome of average. no one besides her close friends realized she came from a wealthy family who owned a prospering game creating business.
the rakki neko games (translates to lucky cat games) company was widely known for their innovative and unique video games that captivated audiences around the world, and targeted all age ranges for games...and kireina was the inheritor of this thriving company.
she lever let anyone onto her heritage because she didn't want people using her for her family's wealth, besides she preferred not to stand out, she likes being just average to everyone, and only let her closest friends in on her secret.
kireina was born and raised in tokyo, and because her mother died when she was quite young, and her father was always working, it was up to kireina's grandmother to raise her. her grandmother raised her in the small house she still lives in, but her grandma passed away when she was about 12 so from then on she lived alone with occasional visits from her family. she didn't like how cold and empty the mansion on the family estate was, and much preferred the tiny 2 bedroom one bath house about two blocks away from nekoma high that she grew up in.
kireina also has one more secret that no body knew about, except for that is, her childhood best friend asami yaku, kireina is also a widely successful gamer and has even competed against professionals, going by the tag neko_gēmā (cat gamer, i'm really sorry i just like cats 😅). in fact, second bedroom in her house was for her gaming set up once she started living alone. the only time kireina was active though, was at night, she just used it as an extra measure to keep her identity a secret from everyone that knows her. one game that she was particularly well known for being an elite at was battle forge 6, a rakki neko games production. the only other person that was remotely on her level, who she actually games with, was a gamer by the name of kodzuken.
said gamer was fun to play with, but when playing pvp against eachother, could be frustrating to strategize against. eveytime kireina thought she got one step ahead of him, he'd manage to prove her wrong and catch up. she enjoyed this rivalry, and it always was a good stress reliever for her to play a few rounds against him.
