My headache,
One step too far,
And I'll lose it,
And let it out on you,
I'm so aggravated,
And the words keep raising up,
Bubbling up my throat,
Dare myself to be quiet,
And keep my head at the point it feels like exploding,
And my heart at the point it's shattering,
All these words keep getting louder,
They scream so loud my eardrums burst,
And I can't hear anyone but myself talk,
And you can just be quiet if you feel like you have too,
I know it's hard,
Speaking to someone who can't hear.
