Upon arriving at Estelle’s condominium, Kyle asked their family drivers to wait and rest for a while as we head upstairs at EJ’s place. And now, Lauren’s looking disgustingly at Kyle who’s widely grinning and pursing his lips, containing himself from smiling.

“Ano nangyari diyan?”

Nakahalukipkip na tanong ni Estelle habang nakasandal sa frame ng pintuan ng kwarto niya.

“Obviously finally got the girl.”

Lauren said before she darted her eyes at me. “What?” I arched my brow at her.

“Sure ka na ba?” She hissed and I simply nodded.

“Ha! Magkano talo mo sa pusta?” Mayabang at tumatawa pang sabi ni Kyle sabay akbay kay Lauren.

“Nessa naman! 1k din ‘yon!” Iyak at dabog pa ni Lauren. Para namang inutusan ko siyang makipag pustahan, bruhang ‘to...My eyes returned at Estelle who’s already approaching me. “Believe me, you two will last.” She whispered before hugging me. “Madalas kang mag dilang anghel.” I simply replied and she chuckled, hugging my arm tighter. “Feeling ko match-maker na ako ng grupo natin.” She added as we both watched the two Fuentes’ who are already busy exchanging profanities with the other Fuentes’ who seemed to have also placed their bets on Kyle and I.

“Mga pasaway talaga.” EJ and I said in unison, making us chuckle.

“Sige na! Pauwi na ako mga mahal kong pinsan, see you sa Dhelmore! Kiss your thousand pesos a goodbye!” Kyle said with utter delight. Naglaho naman ang ngiti niya nang mapansing masasama na ang tingin naming tatlo sa kanya.

“Ikaw, napaghahalataang hindi si Nessa habol mo...yung pera lang talaga sa pustahan gago ka.” Malutong na mura ni Lauren sabay batok kay Kyle.

Kyle creased his forehead, flicking L’s forehead, making the latter shout in pain. “Kapal mo, itulad mo ko sa’yo! 4k din ‘yon! Pang date na namin ni Nessa hehe.”

Kyle defended before widely smiling at me, even giving me a wink.

Agad naman akong napangiwi dahil sa kakulitan niya.

Ibang-iba yung energy niya ngayon kumpara sa energy ng Kyle na kasama ko kanina sa Rossberg...

“Umuwi ka na nga sa Green Hills.”

Buntong hininga ni Estelle na tinatakpan na ang tenga niya.

“Hala grabe...pinapalayas na ako Nessa oh.”

Sumbong niya sabay lapit sa’kin.

Hinayaan ko lang siyang malambing na yakapin ang braso ko pero pabiro akong bumuntong hininga, “Naghihintay na sila Kuya Paolo sa baba, umuwi ka na.” I flatly said, making him stomp his feet at the floor.

“Pinagtutulungan niyo na naman ako!”

He cried, making the three of us smile.

Success.

“At kami ang pikon.” I added.

For the last time, I glanced at Estelle who’s already caged in Lauren’s hug. “Thank you ulit, I owe you this.” I said and Estelle only genuinely nodded and smiled at me.

“Oo nga EJ, thank you ulit!” Kyle cheered, approaching EJ.

Hinawakan niya ang kamay nito at nagtatatalon sila habang umiikot ikot pa. Wala talagang kapaguran ‘tong lalaking ‘to. Nang mapalingon ako sa wall clock nila Estelle ay bahagya akong tumikhim. “Kailangan ko nang umuwi...” I said, making the three of them stop from happily jumping around.
