Y/N's Apartment

"You and Valerie can stay here" You placed Hayden's bag on the coffee table.

"Isn't she gonna find that a little weird ? As far as she's aware, we hardly know each other" Hayden questioned.

"I know you want to keep her safe. But people are turning on us, you have to tell her before someone else does" You sigh.

"That can't be the only way" Hayden tugs a hand through her hair.

"I wish it wasn't" You sat down on the sofa, gesturing for her to do the same.

"There's a war coming ?" Hayden sums up what you've just told her, taking the vacant seat.

"Yeah. Humans vs the supernatural" You nodded.

"And Valerie's human" Hayden nodded, understanding your suggestion.

"We have Rafael, Argent, Melissa and the Sheriff on our side. But having another deputy will come in handy" You inform.

"Okay. I'll tell her, I'll tell her everything" She nodded.

"No, we'll tell her everything. Where is she ?" You grab your coat.

"The motel on the edge of town" Hayden grabs your car keys.

Citadel Motel

"Hayden, thank God, you've been gone for hours. What took so long ?" Valerie embraced her with a hug, you closed the door behind you.

"That's my fault, Clarke. We lost track of time" You apologised.

"Y/N ?" She recognised you, looking to Hayden for an answer.

"She's a friend" Hayden smiled at her reassuringly.

"I thought she was a senior. You two barely know each other ?" Val turned her attention to you.

"We know each other better than you'd think" Hayden takes a deep breathe, her eyes shining gold, her claws extending.

"What are you ?" Val walks to Hayden, gently taking her face, examining fangs that were protruding through her gums.

"She's a Werewolf like me" You inform, your eyes shining red, Clarke drew her gun, aiming it at you.

"You turned her into this ?!" Valerie hits your chest with the gun.

"I did it to save her life. I wouldn't have done it if I had another choice" You inform, your eyes fading back to Y/E/C.

"I was already supernatural before she turned me, Val" Hayden sighed.

"What ?" Valerie turned to her, lowering the gun.

"I was a Chimera. I was turned into a supernatural by people called the Dread Doctors. We can tell you everything, but you have to promise to hear us out" She takes the gun gently.

"Okay" Valerie sat down on the bed.

1 hour later ...

"So, you're Hayden's Alpha ?" She takes in the final piece of information.

"Yes" You nodded.

"And now there's a war ?" She enquired.

"There's going to be. I can protect both of you. But the choice is yours, Valerie, you're either with or against us" You sighed.

"I'm with you. All of you" She offered her hand for you to shake.

"Thank you. I know we scared you, I'm sorry" Hayden apologised, Valerie pulled her in for a hug.
