TONY STARK • spidey's voicemail

You smiled warmly at the TV, in pure bliss whilst watching your favourite TV show. You were caught off guard, however, when your (essentially) father figure came tumbling through the door, holding his hand out about an arms reach away. You laughed, slightly confused about the sight. Tony's face stayed the same, a mixture between going to explode and going to cry.

"Are you dating Peter?" He asked calmly, still holding the phone away like it was contaminated. You felt the blood come to your cheeks while you shook your head, causing a dry laugh to come from Tony's mouth. "Well. Care to explain this?" He countered, awkwardly pressing play on the phone. A video... voicemail rather... began to play.

It was of Peter, you could tell that immediately.

Your eyes widened as he said your name, among other things, causing Tony to fake gag as it was playing. "Really Y/N? Peter?" He asked with a laugh, taking a seat one the voicemail came to an abrupt end, "he's a great kid but, he's clingy sometimes an—"  

"Well by the sound of that, Tony, the clinginess is paying off." commented Natasha from the doorway, a smirk plastered on her face. You felt the hole you were in deepen. You were never going to get yourself out of this. You sighed, placing your head in your hands. Your phone next to you rang, causing you to glance over at it. Peter. Unfortunately for you, Tony saw it as well, picking up the phone and answering it.

"Omg Y/N. Babe. I accidentally sent a voicemail to Tony that was supposed to go to you oh my—"

"Too late, kid. Already here" Tony interrupted in a matter-of-fact tone. You heard a scream on the other end of the line as Tony hung up the phone.
