"Hello and good morning. I'm from MONX Holdings. So the things here is, I heard a rumour that you planned on taking the profit from the project over 60% for your own. Is that true?" Irwina menelefon sebuah syarikat yang bakal menjadi partner MONX Holdings dalam satu projek pelaburan. Menurut Afif, syarikat itu seperti mahu mengingkari perjanjian yang mereka buat dahulu.

"Eh no no. How could we do that to you?"

"Ohhh but I got the news from one of our trustful source. I wonder what will happen if Mr Afif Ryan knows about this..."

"D...did he knows?"

"So you DO planning on doing it?"

"Looks like it's true."

"Please. Don't let him know. This will ruin our company reputation."

"Your company reputation is already ruin the point you decide to betray us. I wonder what I should tell him..."

"Okay! Okay! Let's have 70-30 deal. You will get 70% and we will take 30%. And we will forget this happen. Okay?"

"And that's how we do business. Plus, we still own most of the share in your company. Anytime, we can take it all. You don't forget it right?"

Talian dimatikan. Irwina meletak gagang telefon. Afif menepuk tangan.

"Wow I should give you the best worker of the year lah Irwina. The way you deal with him... so cold." Kata Afif dengan senyuman.

"That's how I work." Kata Irwina.

Afif ketawa.

"Thanks Irwina. Also good job." Afif mengangkat thumbs up. Irwina senyum.

"Saya balik meja saya dululah bos. Office hour is over. You should go back home too." Kata Irwina.

Afif mengangguk dan Irwina berjalan menuju ke pintu keluar dari bilik Afif.

"Oh and thanks for yesterday, Afif. Lupa nak cakap semalam." Irwina tersengih. Dia masih berdiri di pintu bilik Afif.

Afif tergamam seketika.

"Huh?" Afif blur.

"The gift." Kata Irwina.

Afif akhirnya ingat apa yang berlaku.

"Oh that just small matter." Kata Afif.

"Well you got a good taste. Nice gift." kata Irwina kemudian melangkah keluar dari bilik pejabat Afif.

Afif melihat Irwina keluar dari biliknya dan kembali ke meja. Dia memerhati segala gerak geri Irwina melalui dinding cermin dari dalam biliknya.

She do change a lot over this 7 year huh.

Hospital

Irwina dan Afif naik ke tingkat dimana bilik wad Dian berada.

"Bos nak masuk juga ke?" soal Irwina sebelum mereka masuk ke bilik wad.

"Kenapa saya tak boleh masuk? Bukan ke Dian tu kawan baik awak? Saya rasa saya macam pernah kenal dia juga." Kata Afif.
