Jin was in the kitchen when I came downstairs, flying from counter to stove to counter again in a flurry of food and knives.

Namjoon remained at the entrance of the kitchen, obviously unsure of what to do.

It was obvious with one glance: Jin was in his territory when it came to the kitchen.

My eyes landed on several books piled on the living room table next to Jimin's textbook on humans and reproduction, which was thankfully closed.

"Namjoon help me cut the onions for me instead of standing there like a telephone pole!" Jin snapped angrily.

I grinned a little as the white-haired demon visibly swallowed a little and quietly obeyed the silver-haired. The moment the white-haired picked up the knife Jin pounced on him.

"Namjoon what the hellhounds are you doing? You're holding the knife upside down!"

"Oh..."

"Is the food ready yet?" Taehyung hollered as he came bounding into the living room to the kitchen followed closely by Jungkook.

"You two ate all the chips last night why are you so hungry?" Jin snatched the knife away from Namjoon before the white-hair accidentally chopped off his own hand.

The sofa behind me suddenly shifted as a weight sprang on it.

I glanced over my shoulder and my eyes widened as Jimin stretched across the couch like a cat, shirt edging up slightly for a tantalizing glimpse of a V-line briefly.

"Already forgiven me for yanking out your hair?" I asked drily, pretending as if I hadn't just eyed him like candy.

"Nope. But everyone else was coming downstairs," Jimin closed his eyes as he rolled over.

Hoseok indeed appeared to complete the small migration from the upstairs to the downstairs.

"Hoseok, you know where Yoongi is?" Jin pointed a piece of onion at Hoseok.

Like a snake Taehyung's arm snapped forward and snatched the raw onion out of Jin's hand and popped it into his mouth.

Jin looked like he was used to the phenomenon and merely picked up another piece of onion and handed it to Taehyung. "Eat it and get out of the kitchen until I get the actual food ready," he shooed.

Taehyung offered a piece of Jungkook as he drifted away from the counter obediently.

Jungkook quietly handed the onion back to Jin before Taehyung saw.

"Yoongi was finishing work a little later than usual," Hoseok waved his hand dismissively.

"What are all of your guys' work?" I asked curiously as I began to flip through a book.

Jimin reached over my shoulder to grab another book on the couch and open it up. "Taehyung and I are about to graduate school," he informed me. "Taehyung already has been offered a job in the music industry so he'll probably do that."

I glanced at Taehyung who shot me a sweet toothy grin.

I wasn't too surprised for him to go into a music industry. On Earth he'd probably be swamped by all sorts of companies and labels because of his beautiful looks and sweet personality.

In fact, I could easily imagine all seven young demons around me in one big boyband because of their god-like features, not to mention their well-built (sexy) bodies. They would probably be a big hit if they formed a boyband honestly.

"What about you?" I poked Jimin from over my shoulder.

"I think I'm going into the police force," Jimin hummed a little.
