Poem#6: Questioning Forever

Some people say
"He'll leave you eventually"
But how can you be so sure?
For we can have an eternal journey

I just don't understand why
Why people stopped believing in infinty
Just because he left
It means that he is gone infinitely?

Once considered myself as a simple girl
Someone you randomly see in a crowd
Until a special someone chose me
A person who turned my frown upside down

We were just two broken people
One with a broken past
With almost a broken future
As time went so fast, it never did last

Suddenly, he met me
Knowing what I was going through
But he didn't gave up
For he saw hope in me, he knew

He was the moon
And I was the sun
For an eclipse rarely happen
We tell ourselves " We will meet soon"

His smile
Was like a cure to my sadness
Which suddenly became my weakness
For how can I stop myself from this feeling

Those meaningful conversations
Keeps repeating on and on
So whenever I need someone
I know whose shoulder I will lean on

No matter how close we can be
From everybody we meet
I'll know you'll never see
What you really mean to me

No matter where you am
No matter what you're doing
No matter what
Just know that you are my everything

You were my greatest comeback
Yet you were also my greatest downfall
After leaving me behind my back
My whole world began to fall

Why did you leave?
After going through everything
I would do anything
Just for you to stay

After you went away
My world seems to be so grey
Emotionless everyday
For nothing is ever okay

He left me
Yet I still believe in forever
For how can I replace this memories?
This memories that made me become better than ever
