As I gaze into your deep brown eyes
Told myself that you'll be in glee
Your smile reminds me of the sunrise
Where I take my breath and see
Birds chirping with a melodic tune
Preparing for my encounter with you
Positivity bright as yesterday's moon
Which brought out light I knew
The sun glows brighter as it rises above
Developing into something irresistible
Into something we call love
Yet I never thought it would be possible
But the glow seems to become dimmer
And the excitement we once had
Made us turn bitter
For what's left of us made me sad
A day was meant to end
Just like our past love we let in
Love we can't comprehend
Love we can't simply determine begins
Our love ended as a sunset
Fading away slowly before we notice
Yet we will meet where we first met
Reminding me of the girl you miss
Even if you're fading away
There will always be other days
Beginnings that tell me someday
Somebody will love me everyday
