Meeting

To say he looked weird was an understatement.

He was the weirdest looking person you had ever seen.

After looking at normal looking people—and being one yourself—you hadn't seen someone stand out this much since Chrollo.

However, the two were different: Chrollo was handsome, therefore attracting a lot of attention.

But him?

This guy looked like he just came out of a circus.

"Sorry," you said again, this time looking at the star and tear drop on his face.

He looks like some anime protagonist and everyone else here are just poorly drawn background characters.

You quickly turned away and speed walked in the opposite direction of him, not knowing who he was.

Unknown to you, when people usually bump into him, shortly after they leave, their arms would be severed, but you were an exception.

He watched the new applicants coming in, to see is he could find anyone with a lot of potential so he could get the pleasure of fighting\killing them, no matter their age— *coughpedophilecough*—or gender.

But even though you were extremely weak and seriously sucked, since you have no fighting experience, he thought that you had some sort of potential that would eventually give him the pleasure of fighting a strong opponent.

And you also interested him with how easily you became flustered as if you weren't used to talking with people like that.

Which you weren't.

Before, you always had Chrollo to help you when yo were in trouble, so it was taking some time for you to get used to this.

So, Hisoka decided to let you live.

For now, at least.

Just to see if the potential he thinks you have s actually there.

But if not, he will just kill you on the spot, that way he would get at least a little bit of excitement from you.

For now, he would just watch and see what happens.

A/N: I stayed up until 5 am today binging a manhwa called 'Abide by the wind' and if any of you guys have read that, do you know when they will start translating it again? I really need to know what happens next.
