Second Place {Nagisa x Reader}

||Chapter 26!!||

~Previously on 'Second Place' in Chapter 25~

So Y/n wakes up in a strangers house, turns out it's Nagisa's house. She kinda of  freaks out because she thought that Nagisa was being a weirdo while she was asleep. He tells her what really happened while she was asleep, but in the end things end up becoming super awkward between them. For the whole week they barely were able to hold a normal conversation. Luckily for them the boys exhibition game ended up bringing that back together. The whole time she was watching them play Y/n is cheering everyone on including Nagisa. At the end of the game, Y/n almost makes it awkward, but she pulls herself together and is able to strike a conversation between them. So finally they're talking like normal and there is no more awkwardness...With the way things are going between them, she's convinced they're gonna get married next.

||Y/n's P.o.v||

"Don't look away! Predict your target's moves! If you do that, you'll block off every last one of his escape routes!" Mr. Karasuma instructed.

I groaned as Karma repeatedly tried to stab with we a knife.

"Why do I always get paired with you?!" I asked annoyed as I dodge another of his fast attacks

"Beats me. Would you rather be trying to stab Nagisa instead?" He asked.

This time I was just barely able to dodge his attack,

"Oh shut up!" I exclaimed charging at him with my knife.

He moved out of they way and grabbed my arm, stabbing me in my stomach. I fell to my knees,

"Aw damn it!" I exclaimed.

"Ha! That's 3-2!" He exclaimed.

I rolled my eyes and got up swiftly. I pulled out the second knife I was hiding up my sleeve and got the jump on him,

"Ha! Now it's 3-3!" I exclaimed.

He rolled his eyes,

"Looks like you've picked up some new tricks." He commented.

"Like hell I did. If I'm ever going to kill Koro Sensei I have to be able to beat the toughest in the class, right?" I asked.

He laughed a bit,

"Yea, well, let's see about that one..." He threatened getting back into his fighting stance.

I got back into mine as well,

"You're on red head..."

I heard a thud and a groan and quickly looked over, even though I was literally in the middle of fighting Karma. My eyes widened when I saw Nagisa lying on the ground. 'Goddamnit!! Why is Nagisa always almost dying!' I thought. I ran over to him and I crouched next to him,

"Hey Nagisa!! Are you okay??" I asked worriedly, "Do you have a concussion or something??"

"I'm fine..." he told me.

I sighed a breath of relief.

"Sorry!" Mr Karasuma exclaimed running over to Nagisa, "Put a little too much oomph into my block there."

I huffed at Mr. karasuma as I poked Nagisa's head,

"You have to be more careful Mr. K! The way you tossed Nagisa could have given him a concussion!" I hissed

"Calm down Y/n I'm fine-"

"Dummy! You've got to keep an eye on him!" Sugino told Nagisa.
