|| COLBYS POV ||

We've been in our hotel room for most of the night. We got done with Kansas City's show a couple hours ago.

Tomorrow, we're heading somewhere to film for our channel.

I was sitting on the bed, scrolling through Instagram. I've been sulking ever since I saw Stella's Instagram picture of her and Silas.

I saw Dylan in the background so I'm assuming they met. I couldn't help but think about if Silas likes Dylan better than me.

I wanna believe that her and Dylan are just friends, but I don't know. How could Dylan not fall in love with Stella?

I couldn't help but think about all the good times I had with the twins.

I mean, Stella and I are becoming friends again. But it's not the same.

I am still in love with her, but she probably doesn't even love me back.

As I sit there scrolling through my phone, I got a phone call.

I was shocked to see it was Stella. I looked at Sam, who was editing, and got up.

I answer the call and bring the phone to my ear. "Hey, Stella." I go out to the balcony so we could have some privacy.

I could hear music playing in the background. It was silent for a moment.

Did she mean to call me? "Stella?" I ask as the music got quieter.

When I was about to hang up, she said something that took my breath away.

"I've been thinking about you a lot recently." She sounded like she was slurring.

"Are you drunk?" I ask her. "That's not the point. I think about the break up a lot." This felt wrong.

I felt like I shouldn't be hearing this. "Does Dylan know you're out here?" I ask trying to change the subject.

"That's also not the point. Do you really think that if we were closer in age, we would've worked out?" My heart raced.

I had to bite to my lip to hold in my breath. I leaned my arms on the railing as I listened to the whole thing.

"I think I was just making excuses. If you want, we can talk about this when you're sober." I try to tell her.
