There, USS Alaska and USS Guam are sailing on the far coasts of Canada, this is after their embodiments have escaped with the Crothers family.
Alaska and Guam are unwelcomed in the city of San Fransokyo, which was formerly San Francisco. Along the way of their shock and disbelief, they then crossed paths with Laura Crothers and her two children, John and Emily, to which they encountered the Kempei Tai. But instead of leaving them, the 2 were suspicious, considering their knowledge of the Japanese back in the 2nd World War.
And they're right, they discovered that they're planned to be killed by Zyklon D, a far much painless poisionous gas than before.
Alaska and Guam rescued the Crothers and then seek refuge in an abandoned apartment in the city to which they asked them to wait before planning to escape the city. And then they did, with disbelief and confusion turned to rage, they seek to destroy the Japanese ideology.
Such idea would be assasinating the Crown Prince.
Alaska did the shooting of the Crown Prince while Guam shot many of the Kempei Tai guards, with this, chaos ensues the Nazi Embassy, giving the two some time to escape. They took the stolen car with the Crothers inside and then left for the 2 ships.

In USS Alaska, Alaska was looking at the ocean, heading for Anchorage Harbor, which doesn't exist until now. He looks at the Crothers family living inside in peace as they can see the beautiful ocean.
