Today is thanksgiving and we're currently walking down the little street that gets to my parents house, Georgeta and Anthony will also be there to celebrate with us. "It's your first thanksgiving baby" Sebastian says as he holds Nico close to his chest "He looks so cute it this little turkey hat..." "He does" We did dressed him in a cute outfit in the morning with a turkey hat to take a few pictures to show the grandparents and maybe post on socials "Let's go in and see grandma and grandpa, nana and pop-pop" he says jumping a little to make our son bounce.

"Hello, happy thanksgiving!" My father says opening the door for us "Hi dad!" I say hugging him and giving him a basket with a bottle of wine and a couple of things to eat later if we want to "Your mom and Georgeta are in the kitchens, Anthony in the living room" "Thanks Mark" We go to the kitchen first, well only after my dad gave lots of kisses to Nico... "Hello ladies" Sebastian says going to hug his mom and then mine "Hi!" "Do you need help?" I ask "Oh no thank you honey, we've got it, lunch will be ready in ten" my mother says "go in the living room and relax" We do as told, sit down on the big couch and make small talk with Anthony and my father.

We're all saying what we're thankful for this year before eating and it's my turn, but Seb and I are actually doing it together "I'm thankful for our good health" I say "I'm thankful for this family" "I'm thankful to have all of you in my life" "I'm thankful for this little guy" Sebastian says tickling Nico's neck "And I'm thankful that by next year we're gonna have another kid at the table..." I say Our parents, that were listening very attentively, look at us with big eyes "I'm thankful for that too" Seb adds "Are you for real?" Anthony asks "Yup!" I says putting a hand on my belly, that you can't see just yet "Oh lord...congratulations" my mom says sniffling a bit and standing up to hug me, the rest of them doing the same "Did you planned for this...just curious" Georgeta asks "No...not planned" "We wanted kids close in age but this wasn't exactly what we had in mind, it happened and we're happy, we know it's gonna be a lot but we're a great team" Sebastian says holding my hand under the table "Congratulations!" My father says again "No wine for you..." he adds taking away my wine glass and replacing it with another "you can have apple juice" "Thanks dad" "Shall we dig in?" I ask "For sure!"
After having lunch and cleaning up the kitchen a bit we all sat in the living room by the fire. They asked me lots of questions about the pregnancy, I told them I'm ten weeks and I've got a scan scheduled in two weeks and that so far everything is looking perfect, of course I showed them the first scan pictures and they stared at those for quite a while...

We went back home at six, gave Nico a bath, took a shower ourselves and sat on the couch "God I'm still so full from lunch" Seb says patting his belly "It was delicious tho" "As always" "They were so shocked when we told them but at the same time so happy" "I can't wait to see your belly grow again" he says leaning in for a gentle kiss "I love you" "Love you too doll" he says staring at me "You know...now that thanksgiving is done...we can start watching Christmas movies..." I tell him making him laugh and roll his eyes a bit but nonetheless picking up the remote and searching for my favorite Christmas movie...this is husband goals!
A/n Hope you guys liked this chapter! Wanted to say that I don't know how much I'll be able to update next week cause it's gonna me CAOS but I hope I'll have time to write this weekend so I can update, the chapters will probably be shorter though...
