The Vampire Prince And Me. Chapter Two.

"How can this be possible, Lucas?", I asked him. We were in the hospital hallways of his palace and the only people in the room was me, Lucas, Jasmine, and Lucas dead-but-parentally-not-dead wife. It made my stomach turn a little.

He was on the other side of Savanna bed and he was watching her sleeping body, confused. "I-I don't know. All I know is she's an...Angel.",

I looked down at her face which had the mark just like King Aleric and Queen Angelina. She was indeed an Angel.

"She's in a coma, Prince Lucas.", Jasmine said, "Telling by the stab womb on her back, she was shot with an arrow.",

"And arrow?", me and Lucas said together.

"Well, yes. Don't you know they use arrows in Gardenia now?", she asked. Gardenia was the Angel world. I been there twice, it's a really beautiful place. She said after we shook our head, "Well, King Alderic thought it would be safer to used spell bound arrows that whoever or whatever the Angel thinks of shooting, it'll hit the target.",

"Someone shot her?", I asked.

"It looks like it. It's amazing she lived from the blood lost.",

"I thought Angels were immortal.", I said, confused.

"They are, but they can die also. Every species have a way of dying. Only way a an Angel can dye is from blood lost, which she did lose a lot.", Jasmine informed me.

"Oh.",

"This is very weird.", Jasmine said. I gave her a 'duh look and she closed her mouth and looked away, a blush appeared on her tan creamy color cheeks.

I looked back over at Lucas, who was staring down at Savanna with such confusion and he was still pale looking.

"Well," Jasmine said, bring my attention back to her. "I got the bottom of the arrow out and cleaned up her wound. Like I said, she's in a coma and I don't know when she'll wake up. She's going to be fine-",

"She better be.", I heard Lucas growl. I looked over at him and his lips were pressed tightly together and he had a pissed off expression, "She has lots of explaining to do.", he said, walking angrily over to the door, but turned around and looked at Jasmine, "Keep this to yourself. You understand, Jasmine?",

Jasmine jerk from his demanding voice, "Yes, Master Lucas.",

"Good.", he said before opening the door and slamming it shut as he left, making both me and Jasmine jump.

I have never seen Lucas that angry in such a long time. I really didn't know what to do actually. I wasn't sure if I should go find him and try to calm him down. Or go find Kayla and talk about this. But I don't know if someone else should know about this cause Savanna is suppose to be dead! For crying out loud, where have she been if she's been alive this whole time!

I wanted to shake her body awake, demanding. But of course I didn't cause that'll just make me look crazy and she probably wouldn't wake up since she's in a coma.

I sighed and turned to Jasmine, "Does this make any sense to you?",

She shook her head, her curls bouncing, "Nope. This is really weird. I mean, she died almost two hundred years ago...well, I guess not. I mean, they buried her body! How can this be the Savanna we all heard about?", she paused for a second, "And why in Goddess name would she come back here after all this time?",

"I don't know.", I admitted. Well, how in Gods name am I suppose to know? I look down at Savanna again. Jealousy filled over me. She was so beautiful and that Angel gold mark make her tan look brighter.
