It's been 6 days since I updated but I SWEAR I HAVE A GOOD REASON THIS TIME
I have a kidney stone. :D
And for anyone that has ever had them before, you will know that it is without a doubt the most painful internal thing you can feel, next to child birth. IT FUCKING HURTS, PEOPLE. IT FEELS LIKE SOMEONE JUST HIT MY SIDE WITH A HAMMER TWENTY TIMES.
So yeah, on July 6th I ended up in emergency because I was throwing up (my body's reaction to extreme pain, apparently) and because I was actually doubled over. :3 That was fun. They gave me a morphine drip plus a bunch of other pain meds that I can't pronounce the names of and I honestly feel high 90% of the time that I'm on them.
Since it hurts so much, I've just been doing random things and relaxing for the past week. I've been trying to keep my mind off of it, and that includes doing things like watching The Originals over and over again, reading manga, and reading other Wattpad fanfics that make me happy.
OH OH OH By the way there's a really awesome story that I've started reading called "Bliss" by hexedpolaroid and it's just really unique because it's a Klaus fanfic and the vast majority of it isn't set in the present time but in like the 900's when they were still human and that's kinda rare to find in fanfics now and IT'S JUST SO DAMN COOL
So yeah you should check it out

Chapter One Hundred & Twenty-Six
As we walked into the building, Elijah's arm automatically went around my waist.
He seemed tense around these people, and I knew why. He had created them, all of them. And he knew exactly what they were capable of.
"You're certainly a big deal here, aren't you?" I smirked a little at him while nearly every vampire in the room turned to look at us.
"Yes, it appears that I am," he said, nodding and pulling me slightly closer.
"They are all in existence because of you," I said. "It makes sense that you would be treated as if you were royalty. They don't even seem afraid of you."
"I wanted to assemble minds that were curious about the world, and were eager to improve it, along with the time and circumstance to do so," he explained as we walked up to the bar counter. "My desire was to create an elite brotherhood devoted to a new, better civilization. It was naive. Eventually, I was forced to abandon them once I realized I'd cultivated a legion of ego-maniacal sociopaths."
I smirked a little, nodding. Elijah ordered us two glasses of bourbon. We drank, then he led me to the dance floor happily.
"They certainly love to stare are you, don't they?" I asked, smiling.
He nodded again. "They most certainly do," he replied. "Though I do believe that their current attention may be to the exquisite beauty I am currently dancing with," he smiled, pulling me closer so that I was right up against him. I felt my cheeks begin to redden as I grinned at him.
