Chapter Twenty-Eight: The New Three

After agreeing to follow, the guns were held on the three Irinauts that had arrived. The blue male walked patiently, chirping and speaking to Luna in attempts to get her attention. The leeches on his head sparked with a array of purples and greens, and his bloodshot red eyes let off a illuminating glow as Zio's did, 'She has your smell all over you, Zio. Already claim the queen before she could meet her other soldiers, hmm?' The male cackled, grinning as he revealed his large teeth, 'You're going on a suicide mission, Zio.' The blue male hissed rather loudly; giving a light shake of his head as they made there way down the hall. 'The infection is on this ship. We've done our best to avoid it, but it seems the humans have modified their ways in order to protect their own health it seems.'

Zio let out a low growl. The male gave a rather aggressive shake of his head before hovering over the other alpha. He gave him a rather harsh shove against his shoulder, but as his collar began to make a familiar chirp, Zio moved back rather suddenly. He didn't intend on having another surprise shock, 'Luna belongs to me, and if you even think for a second that I'm going to allow my mate to be touched by you, you've got another thing coming to you. She is our queen, but my mate.' Zio was clearly becoming rather dominating over Luna. The friction with the other alpha was obvious. Even the group of soldiers that had followed them inside expecting a fight were quite baffled by the fact that this hadn't ended in bloodshed, but simple conflict between Zio, and the unnamed alpha.

Luna was quiet, but rather frantic by the new males. She didn't understand why she felt this way, but with such friction between the other alpha she wasn't sure how to handle it. When she heard Zio's collar chirp, the girl grabbed ahold of the Irinaut's arm, "Zio, that's enough. You're going to get yourself hurt and I don't want that." Luna whispered quiet to him. Her hand ran down before clasping on to his. The girl kept her head down as they finally came to the door that they had came out of in the beginning.

Bruno stepped up. He held his gun upwards as he walked past the Irinauts. The male leaned in and pressed the button, "Captain Strong, we do have the three Irinauts, could you please let us in, now?" Bruno seemed rather impatient. The soldier was ready to see the beast's behind glass. He didn't trust these one's the way he had come to trust Zio, "You all aren't Zio." He commented, "Zio and the lady go first, and then you all are getting some nice collars. What are your names?"

The dark blue alpha's eyes suddenly became slit. He late out a loud yell, 'What?! You ignorant human. You think that I'm going to put on one of those damn things so you can fry my neck?' He snarled, grabbing ahold of Zio's collar and giving it a light pull, 'Their own personal experiment. Why doesn't YOUR queen have one?' The male leaned down to touch Luna, but suddenly stopped and turned his attention back to Bruno. The Irinaut male grinned before cocking his head, 'My name is Fex, and I'll be buried in the dirt before I put one of those damn things on.' Fex let out a rather loud screech. He lowered his head and sneered his lip lightly. Fex had gills on the side of his neck that expanded, He clearly wasn't in the mood to work with the others.

Luna walked around Zio and placed her hand gently on Fex's hand, "Fex, is it? Zio's only been shocked once or twice, and if you just cooperate, I promise we'll get it off as soon as possible, alright? We just have to be fair is all. We don't know you and you don't know us. It's just to make them feel safer. Can you do that?' Luna smiled softly. She was rather nervous about the matter and truly found concern with bringing these Irinauts inside in the first place. Zio didn't seem to happy about the situation either, and it clearly left them all with concern, but Zio was to get his collar off now. Things seemed to be getting better. Luna looked at the Yetis. The two hadn't spoken a single word since they had gotten there, but they had yet to argue. The hybrid took that as a blessing in itself.

Fex let out a stubborn growl. He rolled his eyes before giving a stubborn shake of his head. The male crossed his arms as Luna spoke. The male shook his head lightly before letting out a deep groan, 'I'll wear the stupid thing, but the Yetis are fine. They know who their master is.' The male bowed his head, 'If it is what you wish, then I suppose it is what I will do.' Fex walked up to Bruno and bowed down. The male let out a low whining sound. Clearly he was rather upset with what was about to happen.

Luna seemed confused. The girl tilted her head lightly before turning and explaining to Bruno, "He said the Yetis don't need one, that they listen to him." The soldiers laughed, but continued and put the collars on all three. She crossed her arms before mumbling, 'Good, that's a start.' She thought to herself, but the girl was still full of concern. When the doors opened, Zio and Luna went in first. The doors closed and allowed the two back inside the main room. The blonde hurriedly ran over to Strong with Zio, "See? You can trust Zio. We can take his collar off now, right?"

Zio whined. The male crouched down. Fex and the two Yetis were soon inside and following behind without a word. Zio rolled his eyes with frustration. When Fex came up to Luna, the larger Irinaut hovered over her and pulled her behind him, 'Back the fuck off, Fex.' Zio huffed as Jewel hurriedly pulled him over to remove the collar. Captain Strong removed it from Zio without question, but Zio seemed untrusting. The male rubbed his neck with relief, but as soon as it was off, he moved back to the hybrid and pulled her back to him.

Captain Strong watched with curiosity. The man was rather keen and the way the two acted over Luna was coming off as rather odd. The man walked about before sitting down and looking at the new three Irinauts. The male clasped his hands together before letting out a soft chuckle, "Zio, Luna, why don't you show them to their new resting area?"

"I'm sorry? I don't know where to take them." Luna seemed rather confused, but the grin that the Captain had given made it all to obvious, "What? No! We don't even know them!" Luna looked at Fex and then the two Yetis. "You can't be serious!"

"But I am."
