It has been 2 weeks since me and Nathan first met and ever since then, we kept on messaging, going to the gym together, I help him do some of his chemistry while he helps me get better at writing essays. Once in a while, Nathan would come to my place and we would cook together and then do our assignments. Just like Yuzu, I feel that Nathan is very down to earth, not a show off, and he even starts to talk to some of my friends. Some even thinks that the two of us are dating since we hang out everyday even though we take different subjects. Today was like every other day except for one incident that changed everything.

It was a week before world championships which I know that Nathan joined since there was no news about him not joining especially he wants to defend his world championship title again. But it didn't seem that Nathan was worried at all which was confusing since he's defending his title and I've never seen him practise. Or maybe he does practise like pass midnight at the rink in the mall with Julian Yee. But either way, he doesn't seem tired whatsoever. During lunch time, me and Nathan had already promised to meet up mainly because it was our routine but also because Nathan says that he has something to tell me. After my first class was over, I texted Nathan saying that I'm waiting for him at the normal place which was near the cafeteria area. Not too long after I sat there, Nathan came from behind and closed my eyes making me guess who it is.

"Haha, very funny Nathan. You know you can't fool me" I said, holding his hands to make him open them

"Yeah I know, just wanted to do something different y'know. Also, can we not talk here??" Nathan asked, opening my eyes

"Why?? Is there something wrong?? You're scaring me" I said, looking at him

"It's nothing but it's something personal and I have the urge to tell you. I wanted to tell you for a long time but just couldn't find the right timing" Nathan says

"If it's that personal then, where do you want to talk??" I asked, gathering my stuff

"Umm, at the rooftop of the 5th floor. Y'know where it's somewhat like a garden. There's hardly anyone there right??" Nathan asked

"Yeah, let's go there then" I said, getting my bag

Right after I got all my stuff, both me and Nathan then made our way to the rooftop of the 5th floor where it's like a garden. Ok, I have like 2 feelings on what he's going to tell me. Point 1, he's gonna tell me that he's a world class figure skater and he's going to world championships next week. Or point 2, he might say that he likes me or something like that. I don't know. My brain isn't working oh darn.

"Thank goodness for a 4-hour gap till our film class. Don't you just love it up here?? Get away from those workaholic people who just study and study" Nathan says, putting his bag down

"Yeah, it is quite relaxing. So, why did you bring me up here??" I asked, putting my bag down as well

"Well, there are a few things I wanted to tell you and I specifically wanted a quiet place since it's something quite personal and I believe that no one in this campus knows it" Nathan says, looking towards the sky

"What could be so personal?? Are you secretly a transgender (no offence to anyone)" I asked, giggling

"What?? No. Oh, I brought lunch. How about we talk it over lunch??" Nathan said, opening his bag

"Sure. Um Nathan, there's also something I wanted to tell you" I said, sitting down

"Is it something personal as well??" Nathan asked, handing the bag to me
