World Championships Day 1

It has been 2 days since the incident happened. Both Yuzu and Nathan would come over and take care of me, making sure that I was alright mentally. Which, to be honest, I'm still not completely recovered. Yuzu also has booked a plane ticket for me to go to worlds which I can't say no since first of all, he has booked the ticket and second of all he threatens to tell my parents what happened if I don't come along. I mean it's nice to be able to not come to uni for 2-3 weeks because I come for worlds but the not so good thing is that I still have to catch up on my assignments, I gotta ask my friends to print my assignments for me, etc. Thankfully, my friends were also given 1-2 weeks off due to the incident. I still feel bad for not being able to bring my friends with me and it seems that I'm more important than them but my friends told me that they understand. They also teased me to bring back some souvenirs from Canada. Tonight, I'll be leaving for worlds along with Yuzu and Nathan.

I woke up around 8AM which is usual to me and as usual, the nurse told me that Yuzu and Nathan came but this time, my friends came along as well. Thankfully, I was able to check out of the hospital today which was the main reason why my friends tag along with Yuzu and Nathan. Yuzu told me that he's going to deal with the paperwork and told me to tidy up and get ready to leave. After Yuzu left, my friends helped me gather my things which aren't a lot, just clothes and shower stuff. Not long after, Yuzu came back and said the car was ready. We all then made our way to the car and instead of going back to my apartment, we actually passed it which made me questioned Yuzu.

"Yuzu, where are we going??" I asked, in Japanese

"It's a little surprise. Don't get too excited now. I'm still not over for what happened 2 days ago. Consider yourself lucky that I won't get angry today" Yuzu replies, in Japanese

"Geez, someone's a bit moody today. I wonder what he has in store now?? At least I get to go with my friends before worlds" I thought to myself

While we were on the road, I couldn't help but feel sleepy, I saw my friends have dozed off on each other's shoulder which was funny to watch. I on the other hand, was sitting between both Yuzu and Nathan. Yuzu seemed busy on his laptop, as usual. While Nathan was also on his laptop but he was doing some assignments for uni. I decided to just lay backon the head part of the chair, not caring if I wake up on either side either Yuzu or Nathan. To my surprise, not long after I fell asleep, I woke up at a laying down position. When I looked up, I saw Yuzu's face while looking towards my legs, it was on Nathan's lap. Oh my, someone just kill me already cause I'm blushing like a tomato.

"Finally awake now, are we??" Yuzu asks, in Japanese, while poking my cheeks

"Hey, stop that, are we there yet already?? Nathan, I'm so very sorry that my legs were on your lap" I said, getting up and sitting down

"No, it's fine, don't worry about that. And I guess we had just arrived" Nathan says, pointing outwards

"Wait a minute, why are we here?" I asked, recognizing the place which was a high-end mall

"Like I said (Y/N)-chan, it's a little surprise. For you and your friends. I want you to enjoy yourself with your friends. Just think of me and Nathan as your guards for the day" Yuzu says, in Japanese

"Yuzu...thank you, really" I said, smiling at him

As we went out of the car, me and my friends asked Yuzu and Nathan what they wanted to eat and the both of them said whatever. After we've eaten lunch, Yuzu and Nathan told us that we can go anywhere we want and just when we're about to leave, Yuzu took my hand and handed me something which when I look at it, it was a credit card and before I could say anything to Yuzu, he and Nathan just left. I then had some fun with my friends, went a little shopping for workout clothes which suddenly Yuzu and Nathan appeared again. And then we decided to find a café where we could all just sit down and relax. Shockingly, one of my friend brought cards to play because she said that she knew it was going to be slightly boring. Not long after we took a café break and a bit more shopping, we decided to have dinner and then went back to each of our places. After we've dropped each of my friends back home, we went back to my apartment. Both of them first explained to my roommate that I won't be here for the next 2 weeks or more but before my roommate could ask anything, Yuzu told her that he'll pay for my whole month rent including the electricity bill so all my friend needs to pay is her rent. Before leaving, Yuzu said that our flight will be leaving in 3 hours which was 1 in the morning.
