I woke the next morning to talking. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. Everybody except me was already awake.
"About time." Lazari said.
"Speak for yourself, you went to sleep at midnight yesterday."
"How did you know that?" She asked.
"I was up." I said.
"You were?" She asked.
"Check your phone." I said, almost completely calm.
Lazari's face turned bright red as she glanced at Grecia.
She turned on her phone.
"What is there to look at?" She asked.
"You're camera roll." Sky said.
She opened her camera roll, sure enough, there was the picture.
She quickly turned off the phone and glared at me "Adelaide."
I smiled teasingly "Yeah?"
"I hate you." She said.
"Sky was in on it." I said.
"Who said that?" Sky asked.
"You were in on it." I said.
"Fine, I was." She smiled.
"Whoa whoa whoa, what happened?" Ace said.
I took Lazari's phone and showed him the picture.
Ace applauded "Very nice."
Lazari grabbed my phone from my hands and shoved it in her coat pocket.
"Only helping a friend out." I said.
Lazari's grim expression softened "Fine, it's fine, it's all fine, I should probably thank you Adelaide." She said.
"And me!" Sky said.
"I thought you didn't want anything to do with it." I said.
"I do now!" She said.
Adney stood up and smiled "Ace, it's time to do manly things."
"MANLY THINGS!!" Ace yelled.
They ran off together into the trees, I could only hope they would come back.
"Well, there goes our only problems." Sky said.
"Yep." I said.
We sat in silence for the next minute or so, then I looked at Sky "So, we have two lovebirds over here, who do you like?"
"No one, we all saw how I was towards Ace at first, but comes to think about it, it's disgusting." She replied.
"Makes sense." Grecia said.
"What about you miss Adelaide, hows Ace?" Sky asked.
"He's an idiot, but he is cute. Honestly, he's also pretty funny." I said.
"Really?" Runa giggled.
"Really." I smiled.
"When the boys come back, do you think we should go find other people?" Lazari asked.
"Like who?" I asked.
"Well, people like Irima, the Russian girl, or Jaxson, that California boy." She shrugged.
"I guess so, but what about the other people from our region?" I asked.
"Adelaide, you missed the names this morning." Runa said.
"Who was called?" I asked.
"Everybody, except for us and Irima and Jakson." Grecia said.
I stared at her.
"I went out hunting this morning, I passed some Region one kids, I killed them after, but they said they bombed some huge alliance." Sky said.
"How many was that?" I asked.
"I haven't been keeping track, but it's a lot." Sky said.
"There's eight left from region two." I said.
"Eight." Grecia repeated.
I rose "We have to find Irima and Jaxson, we can go find the boys and bring them, but we have to find them now." I said.
"Are you sure we should?" Grecia asked.
"Right now." I decided.
"We have to find the boys first." Runa said.
"Let's go." I said.
