The next day every villager gathered in the Singaraju palace grounds sitting on the carpet looking at the princes performing pindapradhanam for the former King and both princes (their grandfather, father and uncle)and Lady Singaraju (mother of Dhruv, Dharani and Dhaksh) since their father is dead it fell on their shoulders to do the rituals for their grandpa and since their uncle is unmarried they are his nephews.

Satiksha walked out holding navadhanyalu plate and handed it to poojari gaaru who asked Dhurv and Dhaksh to take some in their hand and pour water leaving them on the rice balls.

Satiksha stood beside Dharani who was in tears since she couldn't do pindapradhanam because she was a girl and Adi did it since everyone thought the prince was dead. But now after twenty one years the true heirs were doing the rituals performed by the sons to their dead parents.

"Now they will be at peace" Satiksha commented.

"They will be happy too because we three are together" Dharani wiped her tears making Satiksha pat her shoulder

Dhruv placed the paper plate on the white cloth and got up along with Dhaksh before walking out of the palace and in the direction of the lake. Since the palace is at the end of the village it didn't take them more than ten minutes to go to the lake.
