29:Maybe Everything Isn't Finished

It was 4 in the morning by the time everyone left. I rushed to the hospital wondering what could have possibly happened?

Edward?

No.

"I'm Sandra Campbell", I told the receptionist.
"Oh here you are", she came out of the desk.

"Okay we got a major major problems. You had blood cancer right?", she asked.

I nodded.

"Well......that was not correct.", she smiled.

Wait.

Is that true?

"The file belonged to somebody else and it was accidentally your name written. We are extremely sorry for the big mistake done", she patted my arm.

O M G
Oh my god!
Seriously?
Wow!

"Well thank you for immediately reporting me change the file and contact me again", with that I rushed to my car.

I still had time.
I could still stop Edward.
I could still save my relations with my friends.

I have to do this.

I sped off. My Mercedes going at nearly full speed.

Thankfully the airport was nearby.

I parked my car and ran inside.

Oh come on Sandra you have to do this.

I ran inside to the woman in charge of flight details.

"Hello how can I help you?", the woman asked.

"Um I wanted to ask that when is the flight to California leaving?", I quickly asked.

Please Edward be here.

"Um I'm sorry dear the flight to California left an hour ago", she gave me a small smile.

"What? B-but the flight was going to leave at 6:00", I disbelievingly said.

"But the airport was calm and the weather condition was good so the flight left early", she said.

I nodded and thanked her and went out.

Everything's finished.

I only have Alex left.

I tried to call Edward but no use.

Tears came down streaming.

"Harper be quick we don't have all day", I heard a familiar voice.

I turned to look and stopped dead.

I mean literally dead.

Everything went silent and still.

I was beyyyyond shocked.

How could this possibly happen?!

No!

"Andrew?", I called out.

He turned around and was shocked too.

"Shit", he muttered.

"W-what's going on here?", I ask.

"N-nothing lets go", he tried to turn around by I yanked his arm.

"Tell me-", I stopped when I saw her.

No!

"Harper?", I said as I fell on my knees.

Yes. Harper was standing infront of me.
She had grown a bit.
But still that innocent sweet eyes.

"Harper! I'm Sandra your sister", I opened my arms.

Harper grinned and hugged me hard.

I started sobbing uncontrollably.

"Hey. I missed you", she smiled.

"I missed you soooooooo much", I wiped my tears and stood up.

"Andrew how did this happen tell me each and everything", I crossed my arms.

He sighed.

"Kay. It's that when I got to know that Harper was in the hospital and out of breath I came there and took her away. I took her to the best doctor and saved her. From that day on we both lived together I was so bonded with Harps that I couldn't give her back. I knew you loved her very very much that's why I decided to make you hate me. I did really bad things to make you hate me. I got to know you had cancer-", before he could finish I don't know what made me do that but I kissed Andrew.

My whole body was feeling wonderful.
adrenaline rushing through my veins. Fireworks exploding in my head. Butterflies fluttering in my stomach.

After a bit I pulled away.

"Andrew I hate to admit it but I still.... I still love you yeah I do", I smiled.

"Babe I've missed you so much. Now we're back together?", he raised his eyebrows.

"Yeah", I hugged him.

"But it's that John left to California. He's never going to come back", I sighed.

"Hey hey. He will come back", he smiled.

"Sandy? Are we going home?", Harper asked hopefully.

I looked at Andrew.

"Yeah obviously we are going home with Sandra. To your house", Andrew told Harper.

A wave of happiness crossed me.

"Well then come on", I smiled.

We sat in my car.
"By the way Andrew-", I was interrupted.

"You can call me Andy", he rolled his eyes.

"Ahaha. Andy what were you doing at the airport?", I asked.

"Just came to drop a friend he's going to America", he said.

I nodded and drove off. 

Things were normal again.

But I knew that somewhere deep inside I still longed for Edward.

Edward, best friend I miss you...
