The thing I love about movies is that they always seem to make certain situations look easier than they actually are.
For example, take rock climbing. It looks so fun and simple to do, like a piece of cake, some may say. But in reality, as I stood there, in pain, watching Liam struggle with climbing the well. It was then how unpleasant it truly was.
Then again this whole situation was purely unpleasant.
But then again, I remembered that rock climbing wasn't the only that movies made out to be fun and simple.

I sighed as I rested my head against my knees as I waited for Derek to come pick me up from Deaton's. Liam had left awhile ago when Scott offered to drive him home. I honestly would have loved to go with them, since all I wanted to was just lay in bed; but Scott informed me that Derek was on his way here for me.
"You're very lucky to still be alive, Ivy," Deaton spoke, snapping me out of my thoughts.
"What do you mean by that?"
"I mean, if Scott hadn't found you when he did, we might be looking at a pretty different situation right about now."
But before I could even question the doc, even more, Derek had arrived at the animal clinic.
