The ones you want to stay all go
The ones you want to go all stay
Why they go I wouldn't know.
What more is there a man can do?
They get to work for me all day
I don't know why they left, do you?
The good ones up and say they're through
I guess they go for better pay?
Can't think why else they'd go, can you?
So I'm left with the likes of you.
You must love working here each day
Or else you'd up and leave here too.
What more can a motivational leader do?
What more is there that I could say?
If you'd any gumption you'd get up and go.
