They call it avoidable contact
It's a sad fact but it's true.
The whole point of the exercise is
To keep them away from you.
They will organise their website so
it's hard for you getting through.
Cheaper for them if you look things up
and they needn't talk to you.
There are stats in place to measure it;
be sure you're not getting through.
No telephone or e mail address.
Or speaking to the likes of you.
They avoid making human contact
they refuse to speak to you.
It helps them cut back on their staff
if customers can't get through.
You've got to exhaust their web site
before they'll talk to you.
So listen on hold to the music
while you're waiting to get through.
They'll suggest that you try their web site
to save waiting in the queue.
So goodbye to human contact and
anyone speaking to you.
It's cheaper say the money men
if they don't have to talk to you.
They really value your custom but
they hope that you won't get through.
