Owen

I ruined my life. It was the only thing I chanted inside my brain since things finally made sense. The kids before us were ours. We seen them at camp, had a few words, and now.... I can't seem to function.

I was once again cut off by this little fireball before me. She stood tall and proud, she had Norths stubbornness, my leadership, and.....she had her mother's beauty.

Sang.

Saying the name once in my head was, it was like feeling alive for the first time in over 7 years. I get why my best friend loathe me now. I bet all my brothers did. This was my fault, all of it, and this little girl knew it too.

"Mr. Blackbourne." She said with a clear voice.

I didn't know what to say, I didn't know her name. I had to stick to what I knew. "Miss Taylor, I presume?" She gave a slight nod. I gulped mentally, feeling like I was getting in trouble with the council. For all I knew, that was probably something that would come.

"Now that you figured it out and saw with your own eyes, I suggest you dwell in your own thoughts and feelings. In Charleston. I'll have a plane prep and ready for your teams departure in Port Angeles," Her eyes connected with North, "my team send yours of safe travels."

I looked at my brothers faces, which consisted of frowns and watered eyes. Who knew a small voice could dismiss us so quickly? I knew they wanted more answers, as did I. We couldn't leave without talking to....

"May we have a word with Sa- your mother?" I corrected myself, voice cracking a bit.

"No."

"I just need t-"

"She's not here at the moment, and I really don't think it's any of your business of her assignments. Why don't you and your.... family return home. I don't think it's appropriate to lie to your girlfriend either, or has the status change yet? Finance, perhaps? What a terrible way to start a marriage, don't you think....Mr. Taylor?" She asked looking at her father. How did she even know?

"H-how did you know?" Marc asked softly. She shifted her gaze to him, then finally taking in the details of us. Studying our body movements.

"Isn't that what happens in relationships? You fall in love, grow, and have intentions. Thoughts, ideas, and plans, form to build your futures together." Her voice held venom, but she didn't let it poison us just yet. "It sounds......... very.. cliche."

"Jealous we chose another over your mom?" I glared quickly at North from the stupidest thing that came out of his damn mouth.

I looked back at the little Taylor girl, and her face turned into a sweet evil smile. Oh shit!

North

Why the fuck did I say that?!!! I finally realized my dumbass mistake, and I had a feeling hell was about to let loose from her the sweet smile she gave me.

"My name is Starr Knight Taylor. The youngest of my siblings." She turned her hard to look at Silas, "Kade Korba was born first, then LaLa Lokota Lee." Looking at Kota, then to Raven, "Rydian Ravenstahl, Cora Robin Henshaw, Brayden Robin Henshaw..."she looked Brandon, then to to the rest of the guys until they landed back to Me. B. "Your best friend has a son, and his name is Shiloh Green." Her next voice were ice when her eyes met mine again.

"We were born 7 years ago, Christmas day. Imagine this....North. A nice and beautiful woman made a decision to help a famous team of dogs the academy counted on. They fell in love with her. She gave them only happiness, in hopes of those people to gave her just as much. Then one day they decided she was whore, treated her like such. Kicked her out after accusing her so fast that she didn't get to explain. You... didn't give her a few fucking seconds to tell you say two words." My heart slowly ripped in half at every word she said.
