Chapter 92

Manik's POV

" No there is no need to make me understand anything, I have already understood. Don't bother about me. From this moment, I free you from any kind of responsibility. You don't need to be my guardian or anything. I will file a petition that I don't want any guardians. Mr Manik Shah, I relieve you of anything that is...was between us. Please don't ever come to meet me. I can't tolerate this drama anymore. Please, don't ever talk to me again. " She said and rushed away.

Oh, God!!!

" Roshni!! Wait! "

Just then I got a punch from Raj.

" You idiot, what have you done?? Nothing would have happened if you had told me everything about your feelings for Myra and Roshni to all of us. Now go after her, or I would go. " He said. 

"  I will explain everything later on. Please tell your parents that you are not interested in her."  I said.

" I will.  Wait, I am also coming. Let's Go and talk to her first. See, she is too young to take so much pressure. Moreover, your wedding is in a week. Of course, she would panic. "  He said. We rushed to my car and I drove to her hostel.

I called her but she didn't even pick up my calls, even Raj called her but she ignored his calls as well.

I tried to go into the hostel,
But the warden didn't allow us to talk to her even though I was her legal guardian.

But she said that according to the rules any boy cannot come to meet any girl in the hostel. If we had a woman or if I was an old man, she might have allowed it.  I could not help managing both things. I could just request her again and again but she was very stubborn. She told me to come on the next day during the normal hours, only then she can allow her to meet us.

We came back home as her phone was switched off now and there was no way to contact her. I tried to call on the hostel number but whoever picked up the phone informed us that she is not interested in talking to anyone right now.

As soon as we reached home, Viren shouted at me for going without informing him, I apologised to him and said there was an emergency in the office.

He also asked Raj about his date and what does he think about getting married to her, but Raj said that though he liked her, she likes someone else, so there was no point in thinking about her.

The dinner was served but I could not even think of having a drop of water.  But I had to share a table with Raj and Viren as they were guests.

Viren insisted that I eat but I could not.

" Are you worried that the guy she likes may not be good enough for her??"  He asked and I nodded.

"  Don't worry about it, she is a very sensible girl I don't think she would choose someone who is not good enough and you can always take decisions for her if it is not good for her. Calm down and have food. "  He said. 

" Viren, please don't force me to have food, I am not hungry. "  I said.

" But... " He started to argue when Raj told him to let it be.

" He is tense about some work from the office. We can't do anything about it but we should not add to it. Have dinner and then we will go to sleep. Let him think about the solution to his problems. " Raj said and Viren nodded. Viren's phone was ringing so he looked at the screen with a smirk and went away excusing himself.

" Don't worry, everything will be alright. I will try to talk to her. I am sure she would listen to me. "  He said.

When did they become so close??
