"You want a drink?"

I lifted my head from where I was sitting, staring down at my phone. He was probably the third or fourth guy that had asked and I had just blown off.

The only reason we had gotten into this club was because Caleb knew someone here that let us in as long as we didn't drink.

"Can't." I muttered, still a little absent-minded, "I'm only seventeen." I replied. The guy didn't seem all that phased.

"Yeah? Then what are you doing in a club?" He cocked an eyebrow, taking a swing of the beer bottle in front of him.

"I'm here with my brother." I reached for my purse, but the guy grabbed my wrist before I could move any further.

"Dance with me." The man said, pointing toward where everyone was grinding and nearly tearing each others clothes off.

"I'm good." I tried to tear my hand from his grip but failed.

"Come on, babe. Don't worry, I'm only twenty-one. It's not that big of an age difference." I felt my stomach twist in disgust. This guy was about the same age as Collin and was hitting on me, a sixteen, almost seventeen, year old girl.

"Caleb!" I yelled when the man didn't let go of my wrist. I knew it was absolutely no use though, he couldn't hear me over the loud music.

I also knew that no matter how amazing it would be, nobody was going to come and save me last minute like all the crime dramas I've watched with my dad.

"I'm on my period!" I blurted, feeling my cheeks flush, "Like I just started it." His expression changed a little, and for a second I thought he might have bought the excuse.

"I'm always up to trying new things." That was probably the most disgusting thing I've ever heard in my life.

"You didn't seriously come here thinking no one was going to hit on you, did ya? Babe, you're hot. I'm getting turned on even more just by your excuses." I swallowed the lump in my throat, feeling even more disgusted.

"I'm not going anywhere with you, I just want to clear that up right now. If you force me into anything you'll be arrested, do you understand that?" I tried to sound as threatening as possible. He frowned, his eyebrows furrowing.

"No need to be so cold, babe. I just wanna dance." I shut my eyes, knowing that the only way I'd even be able to get a hold of my brother or Daisy is to let this guy take me to dance.

"One song." I sighed in relief when he dropped my wrist. The relief was short lived when I felt his arm slip around my waist.

"Sure." He breathed into my ear. I scanned the room as the guy who I still didn't know the name of, slipped his arms around my waist. I finally found my brother with Daisy pressed up against the wall a few feet away. But even this close I couldn't get their attention by yelling.

"Relax." The guy mumbled. I glared at him, trying to figure out a way to get away.

"Don't touch me!" I finally shouted, fighting a smile of relief when I saw people look toward us, "You fucking pig, I'm only seventeen!" I knew it would get me in trouble, but anything was better then ending up in some random persons bed, or on the streets for that matter.

"Babe, calm down. You don't-"

"Scarlet, you okay?" Caleb grabbed my arm roughly, pulling me behind him. I grabbed his wrist tightly, fighting the tears that were threatening to come out.

"Look, man. I wasn't going to try anything. She told me she was seventeen and-"

"And you wouldn't let her go. Listen, bastard. My sister likes to fight her own battles, but the next time I see you around her, you're dead." Daisy was tugging at my arm, her eyes wide. I couldn't hear her asking if I was okay, but I could see the words form on her mouth.
